John Cena with the US Title and Miz with the IC Title are up there.

It was a tough one, but my two top would be Roderick Strong's PWG WHC run, and Jay Lethal's First ROH Title Reign. I think Lethal's edged out a bit more because it meant a lot. Not only was he the first ever (and for now, only) African-American ROH World Champion, but he also holds the record for most combined days as champs. He has a collection of notable matches in the ROH library, and he's probably the last champion to hold the belt while it was still prestigious. Matt Taven's run pretty much sunk the boat.

As far as secondary titles go in the 2010s, the best example of this is probably what Nakamura did for the IWGP IC Title. He literally main evented NJPW's biggest show of the year defending that title. Can't remember a secondary title main eventing the biggest show of the year for any other company in the last decade.

Didn’t Lethal main event Final Battle against Briscoe for the TV/World title unification?

No, that was Best in the World.

Even if it was, I wouldn't count that as the same as the World Title was involved. Different decade, but the same goes for Warrior's IC Title at Wrestlemania 6. Sure, it's technically in the main event, but it's the World Title that matters in the match.

But different angle all around. Jay Lethal wanted to prove that the TV was not only on the same level as the world but superior. Warrior/Hogan didn’t have that same build they were just really fighting for the world title. You think if Hogan would of won he would of did anything with the IC belt. It would of went vacated just like IRL. Lethal wanted to make the TV title on the same level as the world title and he did just that.
