I would be surprised if Toronto finishes above Indiana.

Raptors won a lot of games with Kawhi out. They still have Lowry/Siakam/Ibaka/Gasol. OG Anunoby is returning, and we don't know what they're going to get out of RHJ, SJ, nor from their other main guys like Powell or FVV. Indiana is still going to be missing Oladipo for the beginning of the season. Don't see how Toronto over Indiana is surprising in the slightest.

I'm not sure if it's worthwhile to underestimate the Raptors as a top seed. If Siakam ups his shooting load and scores like 7 more ppg, they've basically got the same team as pre-Kawhi with Siakam taking DeRozan's spot as the star but with better stats. That was good enough for top 4 spot in the past. I know Lowry & Gasol are aging but I think Raptors will be a good, competitive team either way barring Siakam regressing.

I'd say Boston is better with Kemba and without Kyrie. Not having Horford is gonna hurt, but they got better losing that poison. Tatum and Brown have the ability to take big steps forward, that's more likely to happen now that Kyrie is gone.
