Re: WWE Predictions League: Season 9 (2019-2020)

Wrestlemania 36 is in the books, and with it, season 9 of WC's Predictions League! It's been a long journey, but we've finally reached the end. Hold my hand (or don't. Social distancing.) as we find out the overall winner of Season 9!

First off, the results from Mania...

    Spoiler:

    And finally, the overall leaderboard...

    Spoiler:

Congratulations to our winner! Your prize will be sent to you shortly. Thank you to everyone who participated, be it once or twenty times.

With season 9 over, I'll give it a week or so before I throw the season 10 thread up and reset the scores, but in the meantime I'd like to hear suggestions on how you'd like to see this little activity improve. Do you feel as though we should only do main roster PPVs and not worry about NXT or NXT UK Takeovers? Do you want more variation when it comes to bonus questions? The chance to wager points on certain outcomes? I'm open to all ideas for consideration.

But more importantly - congrats to our lovely handsome winner!

    Spoiler:

    I'm not good at signatures.

I know I stepped away last year, but I'll throw a suggestion in. Maybe run Takeovers as a separate league to PPVs? There's enough of them (well, before Covid struck) between the US and UK shows to be their own thing.

I agree with this, the two NXT brands being separate makes sense.
Also variation in bonus questions could be fun.

Congrats to Phantom! I’ll be back to claim my crown next year.

I also agree that separating NXT shows from the Raw and SD shows sound like a pretty good idea going forward.

    Congrats to Phantom!

Also, thanks Wolf for continuing to run this thing! It’s a massive undertaking and I’m sure a time consuming process to tally picks etc and to do this on a monthly - and something’s even more frequent - basis.

Just like Drew, my big crowning moment after my long journey to the top is in front of an empty arena due to the damn Coronavirus!

Big pat on the back to SJW for his efforts over the last year, this is not a simple thing to run, especially with WWE's lack of planning and announcing half the cards on the day of the show.

I'll echo others' comments on seperating NXT and main roster predictions for the next contest.
