I'm going to take those Gresham appearances as an indication that my prediction of Jon boy in BOSJ is coming true. Pretty sure Flip got highlighted on 2018 Honor Rising in tags before he was announced. The tag with Ishimori and Eagles could be really good but won't get too much time I imagine.

Doesn't say a lot that I'm more interested in seeing Umino Vs ZSJ than any of the big title matches.

*Has Jonathan Gresham on the tour*

*Dalton Castle and TK O'Ryan get singles title matches*

The Briscoes vs. Finlay & Juice could be really good.

Tomorrow's card: It looks pretty good, if I'm honest. The retirement match is gonna be fun, no doubt as they usually are. Here's to Iizuka hopefully going back to his normal state during the match. Taguchi/Goto vs ZSJ/Taka looks fun. R3K vs Suzuki Gun should be good as always. Should be a good show.

    Here are the times: 1:30 am(PT), 4:30 am(ET), 9:30 am(GMT).

Not gonna watch the show live past the first hour because I got a dentist appointment but will try and watch later on.

This was a good show but it was very house show-y. Everything was good and fun but nothing great. The main event and R3K vs Suzuki Gun tag is the only things worth watching if you don't want to sit through the show.

    Tomorrow's Card:

NJPW Honor Rising Day One - 22/02/2019 (Korakuen Hall)
    Ren Narita vs. Marty Scurrl
Shota Umino vs. Zack Sabre Jr.
Jushin Thunder Liger & Jonathan Gresham vs. Taji Ishimori & Robbie Eagles
Juice Robinson, David Finlay, Tomoaki Honma & Toa Henare vs. Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, Mark Briscoe & Jay Briscoe
NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team Title: Togi Makabe, Toru Yano & Ryusuke Taguchi (c) vs. Colt Cabana, Delirious & Cheeseburger
NEVER Openweight Title: Will Ospreay (c) vs. Dalton Castle
ROH World TV Title: Jeff Cobb (c) vs. Hirooki Goto
Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kazuchika Okada & Jay Lethal vs. Matt Taven, TK O'Ryan & Vinny Marseglia

Zack Vs Umino was really good and they gave Umino a lot longer to survive than I thought they would.

Everything else was pretty meh I thought. I don't think Cobb and Goto suit each other.

Re: NJPW Honor Rising 2019 & Takashi Iizuka Retirement Show

Both shows were a lot of fun but there are only a few matches that I would recommend that are worth watching. And that's the young lion's matches on Day One. And both tag title matches on Day Two. The rest is skippable if you want the best of the best.
