Hell of a show and I 100% back up this MJF and Drake alliance without a doubt that is fantastic duo. Knox comes off dangerous and should def be a future champion in my eyes. I dig how detail you are in your show everything down to the commercial break and that is great. You can tell you put some serious thought in and that entrance video is pieced perfectly.

    Spoiler:

    CWA World Heavyweight Champion
    Brayden Bridges

All Elite Wrestling: A Global Revolution

Some may remember the fated Aaron Solow promo that received mixed reactions from Dynamite on TNT lately. The reason that it has been removed from all media, as well as Aaron Solow being off television since, seems to be that AEW received a Cease and Desist letter from WWE, amongst other legal threats. This has led to AEW removing any shots from promos on YouTube that featured anything that was officially owned by WWE (including Cody Rhodes' replica titles on his wall now being blurred in the promo). Legal proceedings likely will not go further, as this was somewhat expected. People were wondering when the line would be crossed in terms of The Elite getting BTE styled jabs at WWE on TV. It seems that things that would fly on their YouTube channel clearly won't on television, however this may greatly affect AEW's future. Due to the legal issues raises a lot of eyebrows, AEW has put 4 contract offers on hold. The contracts (Jungle Boy aka Jack Perry, Luchasaurus/Judas Devlin aka Austin Draven, and SSB/Super Smash Brothers aka Evil Uno and Stu Grayson). Super Smash Brothers, fearing lawsuits from Nintendo, were going to go by SSB. Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy recently put out a Super Mario parody shirt. With as protective of its' brands that Nintendo are, AEW has chosen to wait on hiring these four people until things are simpler (SSB finding a new name for their team/gimmick that can be trademarked and made merch for, and seeing whether legal action is taken against A Boy and His Dinosaur).

Speaking of contracts, three major contracts for Impact Wrestling are set to expire in the next week or so. John Hennigan, also known as Johnny Insert-Company-Here, and the current iteration of LAX, Santana and Ortiz, will be free agents in the coming days. With Hennigan, it is unknown where he could end up, as his age is being cited as a reason All Elite Wrestling would pass him up to sign, while low morale is slowing WWE from signing as many people as they would have this time last year. LAX seems on all accounts to be interested in both AEW and WWE, and apparently will be fielding offers from those two, as well as Impact, AAA, CMLL, and possibly a company from Japan. Either way, one has to wonder for AEW, with Tony Khan acknowledging that they couldn't sign everybody, but having a few "vetoes" in mind for contracts that should come up soon, could he have been talking about either of these two acts?

PAC's last Dragon Gate date is Kobe World on July 21st. From that point, it's unknown if he will be exclusive to All Elite Wrestling, but it seems likely at this point. PAC is scheduled to face Ben-K in the main event for the company's main title, as well as the fact that PAC hasn't been pinned or submitted in over 21 months. Whether AEW will acknowledge the (assumed) loss on camera after the fact is unknown. However, PAC has stopped bringing his Dragon Gate championship out with him during AEW dates, and it has stopped being mentioned that he is a double champion. There is the chance that AEW and DG may have found a work around together to get what both want, and the loyalty of PAC to Dragon Gate ensures that at the very least, Dragon Gate will come out of the situation looking as best as it physically can.

Even more trolling the fans from The Young Bucks on the most recent episode of BTE. Fans zoomed in on a Notebook that read "Long Term Booking." On the notebook, we saw comedy gags like Young Bucks 859 Day Tag Title Reigns, Pharaoh Title Run???, and "MJF sux" but what drew everybody's attention, was something written much smaller, with a check mark next to it. It read, "FTR" and many are believing this is full confirmation of the team's signing to AEW. While some are still unsure, it does raise some questions that no dates have been announced for FTR yet despite putting out their booking info last week.

All Elite Wrestling sources have told us that the company is very worried about introducing comedy characters at this stage. With wrestlers on their roster like Orange Cassidy and Joey Ryan, there are sure to be some controversial views on the comedy wrestling in AEW. However, AEW officials recognize that they need to wait a little bit in order for the comedy to be clearly comedy, and not make the company look minor league. This is the reason for the slow build specifically on the Orange Cassidy story, and why Joey Ryan has pretty much been absent from All Elite storylines, despite staying on the indies. Many are saying that Ryan's contract allows him to work indies while also being a part-time "player-coach" for AEW. The idea being that he can still make money with his shtick on the independent scene, while a toned down version will be used for him on screen in AEW, and he would become a trainer/coach when he wants to retire. This could lead to Joey Ryan bolstering the tag team scene, as there would be a much more accepting space for a veteran/protege team than people accepting someone of his age being built from the ground up as a singles. That's purely speculation, though.

NWA's President, William Patrick Corgan, has announced the return of the Crockett Cup Tag Team Tournament! This tournament, taking place in August, will apparently crown the first champions for the recently reinstated NWA Worlds Tag Team Championships. The announcement came from Twitter, and stated that it would be a field of 16 teams. The Tweet also announced the first 8 teams that would be participating in the Crockett Cup, featuring teams from AEW, Impact Wrestling, and all over the globe! The final 8 teams will be announced on Twitter next week.

    Crockett Cup Confirmed Teams:

Extra Talented [Aaron Solow and Ricky Starks] - *Representing The Independents

Andrew Everett and Trevor Lee - Representing All Elite Wrestling

Latin American Xchange [Santana and Ortiz] - Representing Impact Wrestling

Maxwell Jacob Friedman and Eli Drake - Representing All Elite Wrestling

The Von Erichs [Marshall Von Erich and Ross Von Erich] - Representing The National Wrestling Alliance

The Briscoes [Mark Briscoe and Jay Briscoe] Representing The NWA and All Elite Wrestling

The Yolo Twins [Yohann Ollores and Logan Ollores] - Representing Philippine Wrestling Revolution

Tim Storm and Jocephus - Representing The National Wrestling Alliance

*Aaron Solow has elected to represent the independents instead of All Elite Wrestling by choice.

Such good shit! Are you planning on coming back to this project after the BTB tournament? It looks like you have a bunch of awesome plans for this, its one of the most creative bookings on here. Good luck with the tournament though!

YOU CAN SKIP THIS IN 5…
    All Elite Wrestling Presents:
    Inside AEW
On-Demand On YouTube & B/R Live (Premieres at Noon EST)
Panel: Conrad Thompson, Danielle Moinet, Diamond Dallas Page, and Jim Ross
    Monday July 8th, 2019

    BECKY BALBOA PUNCHING UP?
The panel discusses Becky Knox's actions on the previous Dynamite, as she attacked Revolution FC member Jazzy Gabbert. Footage was shown from her post-show press conference, where she laid out the formal challenge for Gabbert at the Bash at the Beach Pay-Per View later this month. Moinet would discuss Becky's knack for getting herself into fights, but brings up that it's what has gotten The Man this far in professional wrestling. JR calls Becky unpredictable but undeniable, saying that while he may not agree with everything that she has been doing, it's produced results and gotten people talking. Perhaps this is how she sees herself injecting her way into the title picture. Either way, the challenge has been thrown down, with Becky announcing the fight would need to take place on pay-per view "to make it worth her time."

Wrestler Profile - Los Ingobernables de USA

    FADE ON.

EXTERIOR - STREETS OF BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, USA

We see cars moving and people bustling in a very upscale neighborhood in New York.

FLASH CUT - Front Door Of A Large House

The door opens and we’re greeted by the smirk of Marti Belle! She takes the crew into the house, an elegant view inside of art, technology, and wrestling hanging on the wall. Most notably, three masks that sit on pedestals - A white and black bull, the traditional La Sombra mask, and an iron skull. Belle sits down on a large couch opposite a fireplace, as she turns on the television. Before playing a video, she pauses and looks to the camera with a knowing yet smug grin.

MARTI BELLE. I know what you’ve all been wondering. You want to know why I have gotten involved with Rush and Sombra. I just want to be clear, everything I am doing is strictly business. Los Ingobernables are a worldwide powerhouse in professional wrestling. Mexico was the birthplace of the group and it sent shockwaves…

She plays the video, and we see highlights of Rush and La Sombra teaming together in Los Ingobernables, footage courtesy of CMLL. She smiles as a video plays of La Sombra losing his mask, showing his face for the first time.

MARTI BELLE. They made the world take notice… To the point that it couldn’t stay contained in Mexico -

The video then shows SANADA joining Los Ingobernables de Japon, complete with him winning the Tag Team Championships, the World Tag League, and fighting toe to toe with Kazuchika Okada. The video freezes on a shot of SANADA’s face.

MARTI BELLE. It’s about time that they broke out into this country, and I’m going to be the one to help spearhead it. They are men with a fire for competition, a desire to prove their greatness, and the talent to back it up… And that’s just those you already know.

HARD CUT - FOUR SILHOUETTES STANDING IN FRONT OF A SPOTLIGHT

We see four figures, each stepping forward one at a time and revealing themselves.

    “La Ingobernable” Marti Belle!

    “Cold Skull” SANADA!

    “El Toro Blanco” Rush!

    “El Idolo” La Sombra!

Match Preview - Eli Drake's Hardcore Challenge
The panel discusses possible opponents for Eli Drake this upcoming week on Dynamite. While reiterating that this match itself is to be a standard singles match, AEW Match Maker Stu Barrett had mentioned that the opponent had a bit of a hardcore reputation. DDP offered the idea that perhaps this opponent was the person who had been tormenting Joey Janela with Ultra Violence vignettes over the last number of weeks. Whether Page was right or not, tweets were shown from Janela that seem to suggest The Bad Boy has this same line of thinking. Conrad calls the X-Factor of the match being the fact that Maxwell Jacob Friedman has been barred from the ring area, to the point that MJF's presence would result in a fine and suspension for both men. JR talks up Eli Drake, seeing him as a potential world champion in the future, but JR outwardly speculates that Eli Drake knowing how good he is could be his detriment. Ross called Drake a "proverbial shit-stirrer" backstage, saying that he enjoys starting problems, and that means there are plenty of possible people who could be stepping up to the plate here.

Rumor and Innuendo - PAC's Mindset Heading Into 2 Major Title Defenses
In the next few weeks, All Elite Wrestling Champion PAC has two major championship defenses coming his way. The first of which will be in Dragon Gate at the Kobe World Show July 21st. There, PAC will face Ben-K for the Open The Dream Gate Championship. However, a mere one week later, PAC will also have to defend his AEW Championship in the main event of Bash At The Beach against Rey Fenix. Fenix is in the shape of his life, but PAC hasn't lost a fall in over 20 months. The consensus reached by our panel is that Rey Fenix vs. PAC is either way going to be a war from The Bastard. As Conrad puts it; if PAC loses his first title defense, then you have an angry bastard with a chip on his shoulder to keep the one thing he has left. If PAC wins, you've got a confident, destructive force that knows just how good he is. The rest of the panel agreed, but were quick to remind of the talent that Rey Fenix possesses, as he had to vacate the AAA Mega Championship to even sign with All Elite Wrestling. The group fails to come at a consensus if it would be better for Fenix if PAC were to win or to lose in Dragon Gate, instead agreeing that at the end of the day all Rey Fenix can do is be prepared for the worst from PAC.

Match Preview - David Starr vs. Marko Stunt
The group talks about the debut of a new talent in David Starr. Perhaps the most polarizing figure in modern independent wrestling, David Starr takes pride in the fact that his independent schedule has remained just as taxing since he joined All Elite Wrestling. JR says that Marko doesn't have a great record so far, but that he is still working his way up and that Stunt has a ton of heart. DDP, though, doesn't seem to think it's going to be enough. DDP runs down David Starr's previous matches, saying that Starr has spent so much time wrestling in the UK that the UK fans have adopted him as one of their own. DDP isn't convinced the match is going to last longer than 5 minutes.

A commercial aired for future tickets to Dynamite, as well as promoting Tyler, The Creator's live performance during the Bash at the Beach Half-Time Show!

Match Preview - Mayu Iwatani and Meiko Satomura vs. VENOM (Maho Kurone and Victoria Varon)
The match here is perhaps the most intriguing to be run down, as Japanese wrestling legend Meiko Satomura teams up with possibly the best wrestler in the world, Mayu Iwatani, to take on the new team known as VENOM. JR went in depth on the history of violence that Victoria Varon is known for, saying that she has raised this group up with, "a brand of hellfire underneath them that I haven't seen in some time." Moinet would go on to point out that Mayu and Meiko are still at a numbers disadvantage, with other members of VENOM like Priscilla Kelly, Shotzi Blackheart, and Darby Allin waiting in the wings. Conrad would list off Meiko and Mayu's individual championship accolades across the globe, pointing out that Meiko and Mayu are perhaps two of the most decorated wrestlers AEW has under contract, and that this would be no easy task for someone coming out of retirement like Maho has, and nearing retirement like Varon is. DDP claims that Varon's age is only a positive, as it means she has more experience and tips to pass on to her proteges in VENOM, and that somebody like Maho Kurone only needs fine tuning mentally, in a wrestling sense. Maho is seen as the overall wildcard, as her style is vastly different from the other three while still having an aura of uncertainty around all her movements. This match will be the main event of Dynamite this week, as many are calling it the match to watch! Don't forget to tune in to Dynamite on TNT, Tuesday nights at 10:30 PM!

Re: All Elite Wrestling: A Global Revolution

When I seen that there was a new post- I was really hoping it was going to be AEW Bash at the Beach. Sigh.

This was really cool though and I like the Inside AEW feature.

Los Ingobernables de USA being the absolute highlight and that was really well done. I love the look of that group and the graphic was cool too. Excited.

David Starr in AEW is a good move too! Fully expecting him to beat Stunt and move on to great things in the future!

Can't wait to check out your BATB show dude

FLASH ON - HIGHLIGHTS OF PAST DYNAMITE EPISODES

We see the entrance of Eli Drake, wearing a brown leather jacket and jeans, flanked by a suit and Burberry scarf adorned Maxwell Jacob Friedman. The duo walk down the ramp, as MJF talks trash and tries to start fights with fans in the in the front row. Both men get into the ring, as MJF angrily snatches the microphone out of the hands of ring announcer Gavin Louden. He passes the mic up to Drake as MJF enter the ring himself.

ELI DRAKE. Lemme talk to ya!

    HEAT.

ELI DRAKE. People around here think that we’re making new ground here, but they’re missing two key components to a world class wrestling promotion, MJF, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, and The Perpetual Motion Machine of Badassery, *points out each syllable in the air* E - LI DRAKE!

    FLASH FORWARD

ELI DRAKE. All I ever hear about when I come to Philly is that ECW *spits* GARBAGE!

    HEAT.

ELI DRAKE. Yeah, boo me dummies -

    MAXWELL JACOB FRIEDMAN. Yeah!

ELI DRAKE. Yeah! Boo me! Because you’re all stuck in the past. Hardcore wrestling? It’s garbage!

    HEAT.

ELI DRAKE. It should’ve been left in the 90’s with other garbage like Justin Timberlake and men with long hair. You people like to believe that your way is the best way because Philadelphia was the birthplace of the worst style of wrestling there is. The style that makes people think that they can be a wrestler because they know how to swing a chair or a stupid cane. That’s the real reason companies only do their stupid hardcore matches when they come here! It’s the reason that they pump one last breath into the carcass of the garbage bingo hall company by bringing out all the geezers that were okay with being mutilated for 8 bucks and a hotdog!

    HEAT.

    "EXIT LIGHT!"

The crowd comes unglued in cheers! A single spotlight goes to the upper decks - AND THERE HE IS! The Sandman stands, beer in hand with gut to match, kendo stick in the other.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Forgive me father, for I have sinned, exit light and enter night, The Sandman is in the building!

SARAH SHOCKEY. To hell with forgiveness, Sandman is coming down to commit some sins in his own right!

The song blasts through the building as fans sing along during lyrics, and chant ECW through guitar solos. Sandman makes his way through the fans, offering pours of beer for the fans until he runs out - And pulls another beer from his pocket! Sandman makes it to the floor, hopping up onto the barricade and holding his kendo stick into the air as the crowd sings along the chorus. MJF and Drake look terrified, as MJF is yelling at the fans to shut up. Sandman gets into the ring and stares face to face with the generation that just trashed him, seemingly by name. Sandman takes a swig of his beer while MJF yells out, “MAKE A MOVE GRANDPA I FUCKING DARE YOU!”

Sandman shrugs, cracking Drake in the side with the cane! The crowd erupts as we hear the sound of Bamboo vs. Leather jacket. MJF looks shocked for a second as Drake goes down to his knees! Friedman grows angry quickly, latching on the leg of Sandman! Sandman frantically whacks at MJF, but Friedman just squeals in pain while refusing to release. As Sandman looks to pry MJF off his leg, Eli Drake lunges in with a stiff right hand to the chin! Sandman goes down like a sack of bricks, as MJF starts putting the boots to the legend, Eli Drake wincing at his side and catching his breath while the crowd drowns the two in boos. Drake gets in on the punishment, shoving MJF away as Eli Drake mounts Sandman on the ground. Eli barrages Sandman with right hands over and over, as the crowd begins to chant, “Aaaashole! Aaaashole!” Drake stands up, tearing off his leather jacket as he tells MJF to get The Sandman up. Friedman does, and we see a bit of blood on the forehead of Sandman. Eli Drake hoists the ECW legend onto his shoulders - Gravy Train (Air Raid Crash) to the center of the ring!
    FLASH FORWARD

STU BARRETT. Who the hell do you two think you are?!

MAXWELL JACOB FRIEDMAN. Well, I’m MJF, and this is E -

STU BARRETT. One more word and you’ll be suspended without pay for 3 months.

MJF looks furious, but backs off, as Eli Drake seems to be confused on all fronts.

STU BARRETT. I specifically tell you that we have an ECW Legend in attendance as a guest, and you go out and do a stunt like that?!

ELI DRAKE. I don’t know what you’re talking about, chief, I never heard any garbage wrestlers were going to be here.

STU BARRETT. Friedman told me he’d get you the message.

They look at MJF, who sheepishly smiles and shrugs.

MAXWELL JACOB FRIEDMAN. Yeah, about that… I’ve got some bad news for ya...

Barrett facepalms, looking like he has to restrain himself from strangling Friedman, while Drake chuckles to himself.

STU BARRETT. Maybe you’ll care about this. Eli, if you hate hardcore wrestling so much… I have just the guy to fight you next week. And by the way, Max. Since you seem to be a fan of my work, I’ll do this once and only once...

MJF perks up, intrigued while Drake is in disbelief. Barrett clears his throat.

STU BARRETT. I’M AFRAID I’VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS! If you appear any capacity while Eli is in the ring area, you’ll both be fined $5,000.

    FLASH CUT

We come up in a dusty, old building. There’s a wrestling ring in the center of the room, clearly poorly put together on a budget. The ropes are barbed wire, and the “mat” is just loose boards of wood. We see the same figure from the last number of weeks, pacing around the ring with a light tube in his hand. The camera doesn’t see his face, as the lanky individual stays shrouded in shadows and a hooded jacket. The camera pans down and we see a man who looks to be homeless, wearing tattered and dirty clothes. There are shards of glass, thumbtacks, and barbed wire on the ground. The homeless man has blood staining his unkempt hair and beard, as the deranged man above him paces around the poor hobo. The figure (referred to from this point as UV to differentiate who is speaking) crouches down, speaking in a rough, raspy voice.
The homeless man goes limp on the floor, blood coming out of his forehead. UV drops down in front of him, grinding the sharp edge of the tube into the skull of this poor bum. UV gets off, as the homeless man sputters and coughs, losing blood by the second. UV sits on the ground, cross legged. He turns and talks to the unconscious hobo on the ground, as if he’s able to hear him, with back to the camera.

UV. You… You were a lost cause. Not unlike Joey Janela. People like him… People like me… We feed on violence. We feed on bloodlust… And it makes us legends to some. BUT FOR WHAT?! You look at the legends of the business who wrestled this… “Hardcore” style. You’ve got Tommy Dreamer. You’ve got Terry Funk. You’ve got… Mick Foley. You have people who can barely walk, who can’t remember their home address, you have people who are SHELLS of what they used to be. And people celebrate it. And I fell for it.

    ULTRAVIOLENCE - TONIGHT!

    FLASH CUT

MAIN EVENT 2 WEEKS AGO - HANGMAN PAGE AND LUCHA BROTHERS vs. PAC[AEW CHAMPION], JAY LETHAL, AND JEFF COBB

Rey Fenix would take to the air, with thrilling springboards combining with swift strikes to keep Jay Lethal guessing. Cobb charged into the ring as Fenix climbed the ropes, but Fenix evaded. Pentagon landed a stiff superkick to the chin of Cobb, sending him out of the ring! PAC grabbed Pentagon by the mask, tossing him to the outside, but Zero grabbed the hair of PAC, and both men went out! SHOOTING STAR PRESS OFF THE APRON ONTO ALL FOUR MEN BY HANGMAN PAGE! Referee Brian Hebner stepped outside the ring to check on the competitors, not noticing that Jay Lethal has slid in the ring with a pair of Brass Knuckles! Lethal was measuring Rey Fenix, looking for the final blow - WHEN FLIP GORDON RAN THROUGH THE CROWD! Gordon stepped into the ring, superkicking the wrist of Jay Lethal, sending the knucks flying to ringside! SUPERKICK FROM FENIX! The number one contender ascended the turnbuckle, as Flip left the ring. 450 SPLASH FROM FENIX! The cover and the three count meant victory for the team of Rey Fenix!Rey Fenix, Pentagon Zero, and Hangman Page stand in the center of the ring, having their hands raised by both the referee and Flip Gordon. The camera cuts to the outside, where we see PAC looking awestruck for a moment. Jay Lethal is still stirring on the floor, as ring hands put ice packs on his head, checking to make sure he’s okay. The camera cuts again, showing Jeff Cobb walking up the ramp throwing a tantrum. Cobb tosses chairs, shoves tables being used by staff, and shoves a ring hand away as the hand tried giving Cobb an ice pack.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. PAC can’t believe his eyes, as he realizes how real of a threat Rey Fenix truly is!

SARAH SHOCKEY. PAC may be undefeated for 21 months, but that could stop next month at 22!

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. We’ve run out of time here on the broadcast, fans! Don’t miss Dynamite next week as we see the Dynamite debut of AEW Women’s Champion, Allysin Kay!

SARAH SHOCKEY. And Becky Knox will once again be in action! Don’t miss it, buddies, same time, same channel, next week! For Michael Schiavello and all the All Elite Wrestling staff, this is Sarah Shockey signing out and saying have a wonderful week!

PAC stands on the stage with a smirk, He raises his AEW Championship high above his head, while the camera moves behind him. We see the backlit shadow of PAC holding his most prized possession to the heavens, as Rey Fenix stands in the ring, pantomiming the belt being around his waist!

    FLASH CUT

We see Mayu Iwatani winning a hardfought match with Meiko Satomura.

Mayu shakes hands with Meiko, showing her the utmost respect. The two women bow to each other, and Meiko Satomura leaves the ring, taking ice packs from ring hands as Mayu would celebrate this big win for herself in the ring. Suddenly, the crowd gasps, as we see a… Zombie… Woman? A woman in tattered clothing, appearing to be done up in zombie make up, and holding a rubber hand in her mouth, has slid into the ring and is staring at Mayu Iwatani. The woman has a plastic folding chair, and Mayu has no idea she’s here!

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Ladies and gentlemen, I am receiving word that this is former Tokyo Joshi Pro star Maho Kurone! Maho was known as “Queen Zombie” in Japan, but had been retired for over a year now! What is she doing here?!

The woman now identified as Maho Kurone opens her mouth, dropping the hand to the mat. Mayu hears the noise and gets a confused look before we hear the gutterral shriek coming from Maho Kurone! Mayu Iwatani turns around - just in time to get whacked over the head with the folding chair!

FLASH CUT TO MAYU IWATANI vs. MAHO KURONE.

Mayu would use her speed and agility to dance around the frenzied attacks of Maho Kurone. Mayu would use her technical know how to send Maho to the mat multiple times, using technique over anger. Schiavello on commentary reiterates that we are unsure why Maho would attack Mayu previously on Dynamite, but that Mayu Iwatani did not take the disrespect lightly. Mayu built up a head of steam and momentum, looking to put away Maho Kurone when a figure would appear on the apron - SHOTZI BLACKHEART!

As Mayu looked at Shotzi, perplexed for a moment, but referee Brian Hebner would be distracted by telling Blackheart to leave the ring. Maho would grab the hand from her corner, and drive it in the back of the head of Mayu Iwatani! Maho would toss the hand out of the ring, driving Mayu Iwatani headfirst into the mat with Ouroboros and getting the three count.

Mayu Iwatani is on the ground, dazed and down from the beat down. Shotzi Blackheart gets in the ring, with a smirk on her face as she stares down with Maho Kurone.

    BLACK OUT.

    LIGHTS UP.

We see, VICTORIA VARON! She’s standing over Mayu Iwatani! Around her are Maho Kurone, Shotzi Blackheart, Priscilla Kelly, and a disheveled and tired looking Darby Allin!

SARAH SHOCKEY. Wait a minute! Is this VENOM?!

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Victoria Varon said they were already here, but we may not realize just how deep she has infected All Elite Wrestling!

    FLASH FORWARD

We see a commotion of people in the back, as we see Mayu Iwatani on the ground in pain.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Well, we had hoped to have the commotion sorted, and when we had, another had begun…

SARAH SHOCKEY. Mayu Iwatani was found laid out, clutching her knee as she was scheduled to compete tonight.

Mayu is writhing around on the ground, as trainers are talking to her and taking vitals. The camera pulls back, and we see paint across the wall, still wet. The purple writings leave little to the imagination of who could be behind this attack. The letters read -

    VENOM.

    HEAT.

The crowd immediately turns to boos as we are welcomed to Dynamite by Michael Schiavello and Sarah Shockey on commentary. From the back marches Eli Drake, ready to compete in the opening contest tonight as punishment for attacking our hardcore guest last week, The Sandman! We see a picture-in-picture replay of the assault last week as Eli Drake makes his way down to the ring, talking trash with the fans. As Drake gets into the ring, he swipes the microphone away from ring announcer Gavin Louden.

    HEAT.

    FADE OFF MUSIC

Eli charges around the ring in circles, patting the top of the mic to check it multiple more times than necessary. He stops in the middle of the ring grinning as he starts to speak.

ELI DRAKE. Lemme talk to ya!

    HEAT.

ELI DRAKE. You see, last week I made the first move in a long overdue war that I have been meaning to start! Last week, I fired the shot heard round the world against hardcore wrestling to stand up and say what deserved to be said decades ago!

    HEAT.

ELI DRAKE. You dummies may not wanna admit it, but each and every week I go between these ropes and prove that nobody can touch me! I am the pinnacle! The namer of dummies! The perpetual motion machine of badassery! And tonight bell to bell, apparently E-Li Drake -

    CROWD. SUCKS!

    Eli smirks to the side.

ELI DRAKE. Shut up dummies, you paid to be here and I’m paid to be here, learn your roles before you punch above your weight.

    HEAT.

ELI DRAKE. Tonight apparently I have a “hardcore challenge” but according to the rules, it’s a straight wrestling match. No garbage, no weapons, this is going to be E-LI DRAKE proving that hardcore wrestling is just for trash who can’t hang in the ring with real wrestling greatness!

The crowd boos as Drake shoves the mic back into the chest of Gavin Louden. Drake falls back in the corner, and commentary reacts to the promo reminding the fans that Eli Drake is very confident for someone who’s partner, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, has been barred from the ring area with threats of fines and suspensions! Drake falls into the corner, stretching as he awaits his challenge.

FADE ON - I HOPE YOU SUFFER BY AFI

    POP.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Don’t adjust your sets, you’re not watching Lucifer -

SARAH SHOCKEY. No, but they’re probably pretty close friends!

    IT’s JIMMY HAVOC!

The crowd breaks out into “Ho-ly Shit! Ho-ly Shit!” chants. The British death match legend has made his debut in All Elite Wrestling! Eli Drake looks, happy? Eli Drake may not even know who Jimmy Havoc is, as he pantomimes Havoc’s slender figure while laughing.

SARAH SHOCKEY. Eli looks relieved, does he realize what Jimmy Havoc is capable of?

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. With all due respect, I highly doubt someone as against hardcore wrestling as Eli Drake is would have seen a Jimmy Havoc match, but Havoc’s reputation is well known among wrestling circles. This is a man who has been rushed to the emergency room still in his gear multiple times - after winning! This could be dangerous for Eli Drake if he doesn’t take this challenge seriously!

    Eli Drake vs. Jimmy Havoc

Eli Drake tried to one up Havoc early with grappling, but Havoc proved himself technically savvy with a counter for each hole Drake would attempt, to the surprise of the crowd, the commentators, but perhaps most of all to Eli. This led to the crowd getting behind Havoc even more, as Drake would get frustrated and grab at the hair to get the advantage. The match was similar to an old territory style match, with Havoc getting the upper hand and the crowd excitedly coming alive, only to get cut off with a cheap shot/cheating.

We saw a replay of a low blow behind Hattori’s back that gave Drake some time to breathe. Both men would try to get to their feet, with Drake doing so first, pissed off. Havoc was stationed in the corner, and Drake marched over. Eli lifted Jimmy Havoc to the top rope, ducking down and getting his opponent in position for the Gravy Train (Air Raid Crash)! Eli Drake marched forward, but Havoc slipped out the front, getting a front face lock! Drake panicked, countering into an overhead hammerlock quickly, but Jimmy Havoc slid the arms down into a rear waist lock - Havoc has the wrist trapped! HE HIT THE ACID RAINMAKER (Ripcord Lariat)! Jimmy Havoc stands tall, clutching his jaw as he celebrates his win. Pockets of the crowd perk up, as somebody is walking down the ramp - Joey Janela is here?! Janela is wearing his signature sleazy look in a flashy cheetah print jacket, fannypack, torn jeans, and his “Bad Boy” glasses. Flanked by Penelope Ford, Janela gets into the ring where a confused Havoc awaits. Ford goes and grabs a mic, handing it to Janela as she stays on the outside. Joey Janela taps on the microphone to check it, but continues once it’s on. Havoc starts to look vaguely annoyed, as fans break out into “Joey” chants.

    JOEY JANELA. Jimmy… Havoc!

    POP.

JOEY JANELA. I’ve enjoyed your messages all this time. I’d like to thank you for finally showing yourself, and doing so right in the place I made a name for myself, in Philadelphia!

Havoc goes back to confused as the crowd pops. Janela smirks and takes off his sunglasses. A serious look comes across The Bad Boy as he stares into the soul (or lack thereof) of The One Man Purge.

JOEY JANELA. But if you think! For one god damned second! That I’m afraid of you because of the reputation that you’ve had somewhere else, you’re sadly mistaken. If you think that I can’t hang just because you’ve been doing this longer, or because you’ve got an international following, you’re sadly mistaken. Because I am a Bad! BAD! Boy! And at Bash At The Beach, I’m going to finally show what I do best and I’m going to tear the f***ing roof off the place!

    HUGE POP.

    CROWD. JOEY! JOEY! JOEY!

Janela puts his sunglasses back on, as he climbs the turnbuckles blowing a kiss to the crowd.

SARAH SHOCKEY. Wow, what a match to be announced for Bash at the Beach!

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Now, wait a second, Sarah, look at Jimmy…

As Schiavello alluded to; Jimmy Havoc doesn’t seem as amped as Joey Janela. Quite the opposite, in fact as Havoc is literally scratching his head in confusion. Joey Janela goes back face to face with Jimmy, asking if he wants to start early! Jimmy Havoc answers differently than you may expect, respectfully raising his hand continuing his confused stare. Some of the crowd laugh, but Janela doesn’t like the condescending motion. He shoves the mic in Havoc’s chest, causing Jimmy Havoc to stumble back a step or two as Jimmy is visibly annoyed by the physical contact. Havoc takes the mic, scratching his head for a second before speaking.

JIMMY HAVOC. Right, sorry mate. I’ve got no clue what you’re on about.

Havoc drops the mic and shrugs, as Joey Janela doesn’t back down. Jimmy Havoc leaves the ring, with Joey Janela staring at him in a mixture of confusion and disappointment. Havoc walks up the ramp, with Janela not breaking his gaze, but the crowd comes alive! The roof has damn near blown off the place as Janela stares at Jimmy Havoc going up the ramp -

    Someone slid in the ring!

We see a lanky figure wearing a black hoodie covering his face, with a long leather jacket over it. Penelope Ford on the outside of the ring screams for Janela to look out! Joey turns around - RAILROAD SPIKE TO THE HEAD! Joey Janela collapses to the mat, and the figure keeps his head down, chuckling to himself. The man twirls the railroad spike between his fingers, casually walking and showing three letters spray painted on the back of the jacket to the hard cam!

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. WAIT JUST A DAMN SECOND! SARAH, TELL ME I’M DREAMING OR GONE CRAZY!

SARAH SHOCKEY. Joey Janela is bleeding! We need doctors out here!

We see Janela covered in a crimson mask, as the invader walks over to the downed Bad Boy, Penelope shouting from the outside. He grabs Janela by the hair, pulling off his own hood and confirming -

    IT’S JON MOXLEY!

The crowd goes absolutely crazy! Moxley chants are deafening! Jon Moxley looks around, a cold stare across his face as the fans go wild.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. The man who could haunt the dreams of Freddy Krueger, the man who death dreads the arrival of; Jon Moxley has entered the building! And this spells disaster for what remains of Joey Janela!

Moxley looks down at Janela, who seems out of it as blood flows down his face. A look of disgust grows across Moxley’s face as he leans down, wiping blood out of the eyes of Joey. Moxley swiftly pulls in the head of Joey Janela and drops him with a Double Arm DDT! Jon Moxley blows a kiss to Penelope Ford on the outside, who seems to be having a panic attack over Joey’s well-being right now. Moxley rolls under the bottom ropes and hops the barricade, back into the crowd as he puts his hood back on and makes his way out.

SARAH SHOCKEY. Guys, what we’ve just seen is truly disturbing. We’re going to get some of the on hand paramedics in the ring to ensure the safety of Joey Janela, but for now we’re going to cut away to commercial break and catch our bearings. The Hart Dungeon w/ Brian Pillman Jr. vs. The Rascalz

The Hart Dungeon made their way down wearing red and white Canada themed gear, with Pillman Jr. wearing a leather vest, jeans, and aviators. They got a decent mixed reaction coming down, with pockets of the crowd starting “Teddy!” chants, to the disgust of Hart. The Rascalz got a bit of a pop, but not much, in all honesty. Commentary mentioned The Rascalz being yet to gain a win in All Elite Wrestling, and that The Hart Dungeon’s only match so far was a six man tag, so we aren’t sure who has the momentum advantage going in, as the fans are still learning what to expect from these teams.

Dezmond Xavier would try to match speed and counters with Teddy Hart early on, but Teddy Hart quickly used his experience to distract the referee and have Pillman Jr. drill Xavier in the head. As Rick Knox then was blocking Zachary Wentz from entering the ring without a tag, still having seen no cheating from the Harts, Davey Boy Smith Jr. would sneak in and land a boot of his own to Dezmond. The crowd got behind The Rascalz, urging Xavier to make the tag as Teddy Hart tried to keep him down in a choke hold. The hot tag was made, and Wentz rushed in with a flurry to Teddy Hart. As Wentz was building a bit of steam, Davey Boy Smith Jr. tried to enter the ring, distracting the referee! This gave an opening for Teddy Hart to land a thumb to the eye of Zachary Wentz and halt the momentum. Smith got back on the apron, just in time for Hart to tag out, and Davey Boy Smith Jr. continued the assault for his team.

Wentz tried to land a head kick, but Davey Boy Smith Jr. went low, driving a chop block to the knee. As Zachary Wentz went down, Davey Boy wasn’t finished. Hoisting up Zachary Wentz onto his shoulders in an Electric Chair, Smith marched over to the corner to make the tag out. Teddy Hart climbed the corner - Doomsday Destroyer! Wentz isn’t moving! Hart makes the cover, as Smith guards Xavier from breaking it up - 1...2...3!

    WINNERS!

As soon as the bell rang, Pillman Jr. pulled out the legs from under Dezmond Xavier on the apron! Pillman stomped away on Xavier on the outside for a few seconds, but Rick Knox didn’t notice as he was raising the hands of Teddy Hart and Davey Boy Smith Jr.! We see Conrad Thompson standing by with a microphone.

CONRAD THOMPSON. Hey, hey, everybody. AEW Correspondent Conrad Thompson standing by, please welcome my guest at this time, the All Elite Wrestling Champion, “The Bastard King” PAC.

The crowd gives a loud mixed reaction, as the champion slinks into frame. Wearing his full gear as usual, PAC has the AEW title belt draped over his shoulder, a general grimace across his face.

CONRAD THOMPSON. Now, PAC, do you have any comments on the result of your trios match with Jay Lethal and Jeff Cobb against The Lucha Bros and Hangman Page?

PAC grows into a look of deep anger, turning to stare Conrad in the eye in the moment.

PAC. What you are referring to… Is a man that is lower than the champion, pinning another man who is lower than the champion. Nothing more, nothing less to the Bastard King. All that matters is that I am still the champion, still unpinned and unsubmitted for well over 20 months. Next. Question.

CONRAD THOMPSON. *Shaken* Uh - Alright. Well, PAC, you and I both learned earlier today and are now announcing that you and your challenger at Bash at the Beach, Rey Fenix, will be competing in Pick Your Poison contests over the next few weeks, chat me up about that.

PAC snatches the microphone out of the hands of Conrad, mean mugging him until Thompson gets the hint and hurries off.

PAC. I’ve been pestered by management in this company to provide ideas for opponents for myself leading into Bash at the Beach. As The Bastard King heads into two of the biggest title defenses of his life, there has yet to be a subject that he deems worthy to stand across the ring with. For this reason… Rey Fenix… Over the next few weeks, we are to play a bit of a game. A bit of mental cat and mouse. We will be having a Pick Your Poison exhibition to prepare for our matches. What this means, for the typically ignorant masses, is that in the main event next week, you will be facing an opponent of my choice. The week after, 5 days before our championship fight, I will grace the main event of AEW Dynamite in my first singles match on television with whatever lamb you send to slaughter.

PAC looks at the title on his shoulder, for the first time a sign of a smirk creeping across his face. PAC turns back to the camera.

PAC. Monday. Midnight. My choice will be known. Pick wisely, Rey… You are looking into your future as the Bastard King asserts himself at the top once again.

PAC tosses the microphone behind him and walks off.

We see Revolution FC sitting together in leather armchairs, all wearing their tracksuits with team logos on it. Jordynne Grace and Jazzy Gabert sit at the front, with Reika Saiki behind the two of them. They are asked questions from a man off camera as they sit.

MAN. Ms. Gabert, as AEW officials have confirmed mere hours ago, you will face Becky Knox at Bash at the Beach. Do you have any comments to Becky personally after she targeted you, seemingly without reason?

Jazzy shifts in her seat, a scowl staying burned across her visage.

JAZZY GABERT. Becky… Knox… The woman that has spent the last few years in another company complaining that she doesn’t get the shot she thinks she deserves after coming out of retirement. Yeah, remember that? Becky retired because she couldn’t hang, and she comes back thinking she deserves the world. While she was sitting at home crying that she couldn’t do it, I’ve been traveling Europe winning gold, I’ve dominated in MMA, I’m a force that you do not want to mess with.

FADE - SHOTS OF GABERT TRAINING, FIGHTING, WRESTLING

JAZZY GABERT. This company is where I cement the hard work that I have gone through for years and years. This match is the start of that. Everything Becky thinks she is, I prove to be, each and every time I step into the ring. At Bash at the Beach, her little fantasy of betting on herself to reach greatness is proven to be just that; fantasy. In the real world, when you put a living, breathing fighting machine against a little girl, the result is obvious.

MAN. With all due respect, Becky Knox has managed to take the wrestling world by storm and has the full support of the fans. Is that going to make any difference in your game plan going into this match?

Gabert remains serious as the other two members of Revolution FC chuckle behind her.

JAZZY GABERT. No. The fans can cheer as they please - in fact, I hope they do. They represent every person who has not believed in the dominant force that I am. And just like my detractors, the fans that endlessly cheer Becky on are only going to be disappointed when they realize her grave mistake in judgment.

The focus shifts, turning to the #1 Contender for the Women’s Championship, Revolution FC Captain, Jordynne Grace! The man conducting the interview behind the camera moves on.

MAN. Jordynne, at Bash At The Beach, you become the first woman to challenge Allysin Kay for the AEW Women’s Championship. What are your thoughts on Allysin Kay as a champion and as an opponent?

JORDYNNE GRACE. Allysin is a great athlete. I have a lot of respect for her. The fact is, though, she doesn’t measure up to me. I’m stronger than her, I’m tougher than her, and at Bash At The Beach I’m going to take out my frustrations for not getting the shot I deserved to be the inaugural champion.

MAN. The same night the champion was crowned, you went toe to toe with some of the toughest men in wrestling before coming up just short for a shot at the world championship. Would you have rathered faced either Rosemary or Allysin Kay for the Women’s Championship?

JORDYNNE GRACE. No shit, sherlock. If you don’t get it by looking at me, I’m a woman. If I won that match? I would’ve had the same title shot I have now, a match for the Women’s Championship. Jazzy and myself found ourselves on a contendership match instead of a championship match… That’s disrespectful. We don’t take kindly to disrespect.

MAN. Why do you feel you deserve the title match more than either two women who were involved? The fans voted for both competitors to enter -

Reika Saiki quickly stands up, mean mugging the man behind the camera who quickly shuts up. Grace has a solemn look on her face. Saiki sits back down as Jazzy smirks and motions approval. Grace continues, speaking matter-of-factly.

JORDYNNE GRACE. I don’t care what they want. The fans can plead for whatever they want, that doesn’t get results. What gets results is what I do, going between the ropes and knocking some heads until my hand is raised. At the Supercard, you’re going to see just that. Allysin will put up a fight, because that’s what she’s good at, but she is no different from everybody else when compared to me; a step below.

MARTI BELLE. It’s about time that they broke out into this country, and I’m going to be the one to help spearhead it. They are men with a fire for competition, a desire to prove their greatness, and the talent to back it up… And that’s just those you already know.

    INT. THE PALESTRA, RING AREA

We see the ring announcer, Gavin Louden, standing in the ring prepared to introduce the next match. Marko Stunt awaits in the ring already.

FADE IN - THE PRODUCT OF HATE BY ICE NINE KILLS
Out from the back marches David Starr. As he approaches the ring, Sarah Shockey runs down the different promotions he has competed for, including PWG, CZW, OTT, PROGRESS, Rev Pro, and the list goes on. David Starr, wearing gear inspired by the Union Jack, complete with his American Wrestling Suplex tattoo design on the back of his ring jacket. He gets into the ring, as Louden begins to speak.

GAVIN LOUDEN. Ladies and gentlemen, this next match is set for one fall. Already in the ring, on the corner to my left, Marko! Stunt!

Stunt plays up to the crowd a bit, before turning over to look at his opponent. Gavin Louden goes on to begin the introduction for David Starr -

    BLACK OUT

The crowd audibly perks up, shocked at the sudden power outage. As Schiavello and Shockey both look for reasons the lights could be out, they come back on! Both competitors are fine and remain in the ring, but Gavin is replaced in his spot! Standing where Gavin Louden once was is...

    JOEL GERTNER?!

The crowd pops, as the sleazy man stands in an open fur coat, with a floral patterned bow tie. He taps the mic twice, before barking into it with the trademark gruff voice of his.

JOEL GERTNER. Well… Well… Well! *Pop* Don’t adjust your screens at home, there is no mistakin’. Back speaking off the dome, and known for HR standards breakin’, It is I! The quintessential stud muffin, Joel, “The men perk up when I speak, and don’t notice their girl just sprung a leak, because I leave women’s knees weak, and if you ask real nice, I may even give your’s a peak” Gertner!

The Philly crowd comes alive, as Joel Gertner is back in the place he first made waves years ago, with as much… Uh… Wit? As ever!

JOEL GERTNER. Now, I’ve accepted a very lucrative contract to do a very important introduction… So if you’ll excuse me!

Some members of the crowd pops, as David Starr smugly stands in the corner with a grin across his face.

JOEL GERTNER. Standing in the corner to my right… Ladies and gentlemen… He hails from - PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA!

    HUGE POP.

JOEL GERTNER. Weighing in at a lean and mean 211 pounds! Standing at 5’11”! He is…

Joel clears his throat, as David Starr kneels down in the center of the ring, the crowd starting pockets of “Starr! Starr! Starr!” chants.

JOEL GERTNER. The Cream In Your Coffee -

    POP - Classic Gertner.

JOEL GERTNER. Your Favorite Wrestler’s Favorite Wrestler... The Jewish Cannon… The Physical Embodiment Of Charisma -

David Starr motioning with his hands for it to keep going, as Joel Gertner milks every single nickname. The crowd quickly begins to tire of this as sections also start a “Shut the **** up” chant.

JOEL GERTNER. The MOST ENTERTAINING MAN IN PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING!

Another Pop - That’s gotta be it!

JOEL GERTNER. The Bernie Sanders of Professional Wrestling! The Best of the Best Mr. Americanrana. Davey Wrestling, The 104 Minute Man. The Main Event!

The crowd now heavily turning to a mixture of boos and scattered boring chants.

JOEL GERTNER. He’s Really Good @ Twitter! The King of Taunts - THE PRODUCT! DAVID! STARR!

The crowd now drowning out Starr in boos, as David remains kneeling, laying back on his shoulder blades as he laughs at the fans reactions. Starr gets back up to his feet, staring down his opponent while Sarah Shockey clocks in to tell us that David Starr’s introduction just took up 4 minutes and 38 seconds of just Joel Gertner.

David Starr w/ Joel Gertner vs. Marko Stunt

Stunt sprinted in at the start, trying to get a jump on the opposition and show some heart after a sub 3 minute loss last time he competed. Starr, shocked by this momentarily, would be forced into 3 different pinfall attempts from Marko - each coming closer to catching the victory for Mr. Fun Size. David Starr quickly cut it off, though, as he grabbed a hold of Marko - taking him over with a release German Suplex! The angle was high on the neck, as Marko went limp from this point. David Starr would toss Marko around for a few minutes, toying with the young competitor while landing stiff strikes and slams.

As Marko struggled to stay in the contest, David Starr motioned for the end. He would leave Stunt standing in the center of the ring, rebounding off the ropes behind him… Starr sprinted past, hitting the ropes in front of Marko - MAJOR LARIAT! STUNT NEARLY CAME OUT OF HIS SHOES! David Starr hooked the legs, and the pinfall was academic. 1...2...3!

    WINNER!
    Spoiler:

David Starr [Pinfall w/ Lariat in 4:01].
    Spoiler:

David Starr stood tall, as Joel Gertner would enter the ring, celebrating as well. Joel Gertner would request a microphone again, as Michael Schiavello lamented at the speed of that contest.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. David Starr with one of the most dominant performances we’ve seen yet in All Elite Wrestling - His ring introduction took more time than the match itself!

As Joel Gertner takes the microphone once again, to the fans dismay, he once again begins a run down of the nicknames of David Starr! Sarah Shockey, thankfully, interjects on commentary, saying that we need to go to commercial break - Don’t go anywhere, we promise Joel Gertner won’t be here when we get back!

INT. THE PALESTRA - INTERVIEW AREA

We come up, seeing a commotion backstage, with a panicked looking Danielle Moinet standing there. As she attempts to gain her composure, she realizes she’s on the air. With a quick brush of her dress, she begins to speak.

DANIELLE MOINET. Ladies and gentlemen, All Elite Wrestling correspondent Danielle Moinet reporting live from the backstage area. I was set to conduct an interview here moments ago with AEW Wrestler, Hikaru Shida. As you may notice behind me, medics are currently checking on Shida after a brutal attack before. We have the footage from a security camera to show to you, and we will hope to give out an update and possibly words from Hikaru Shida as soon as possible.

    FADE ON - SECURITY FOOTAGE
We see Hikaru Shida, standing in front of the interview area with Danielle Moinet. Danielle is having some final adjustments done to her microphone, while Shida is laughing to somebody out of frame. As somebody speaks up, both women perk up with surprise. Suddenly, a blonde woman bursts from behind - holding a lead pipe! The woman hits the knee out from under Hikaru Shida, before pouncing on top and sending right hands into the head! Danielle looks panicked, seemingly calling out for help, but the footage has no audio. The woman gets up off Shida, and turns to Danielle. Pointing the pipe under Danielle’s chin, advancing slowly, we can see the body language grow uneasy. The woman pauses, for some reason seeming to spare Moinet. As the assailant walks past Moinet, she bumps into the interviewer’s shoulder, revealing the face of the attacker to be -

Mayu Iwatani And Meiko Satomura vs. VENOM (Priscilla Kelly and Maho Kurone) w/ Darby Allin

Mayu Iwatani got a good reaction from fans in attendance, coming down in red and white gear to match the signature color scheme of her partner. The ring introduction was waiting, which commentary noted. Meiko Satomura got a good reaction as well coming down, though less so than Mayu’s. The legend made her way to the ring with her iconic theme song blaring through the speakers, with the lights going out as soon as she stepped into the ring. VENOM marched down the ramp, and as they made it to the ring area, Priscilla Kelly would motion back towards the top of the ramp. Darby Allin skated out, all the way down the ramp and stopping just short of the ring. Maho paces around the ring, with the rubber, severed hand hanging out of the mouth of the Queen Zombie. Priscilla Kelly walks around the other side of the ring, staring into the eyes of the men across the front row, with Darby Allin following in a trance. The lights came back on and both teams entered the ring, with a special joshi styled ring introduction. Mayu was introduced first, and as she was - the front rows threw blue and white streamers into the ring! Mayu twirled around in them, and then it was Meiko’s turn. Meiko bowed, as red and black streamers flooded the ring. For the introductions of Maho and Priscilla, there were not nearly the same amount of streamers, but both received purple and black ones.

Meiko would take it to Kelly early on, driving hard strikes into the midsection of the younger wrestler. As Meiko would tag out to Mayu, the match’s pace quickened, with Mayu’s speed making the crowd come alive! As Mayu would hit the ropes, though, Allin had distracted the referee, allowing Maho Kurone to hit Iwatani upside the head with her rubber hand! From then on, the match became an all out beat down on Iwatani. Kelly and Kurone would isolate the Hyper Technician and deliver a pounding into the fan favorite. As Mayu would try to find an opening, the rules of the match began to work in her favor - A head kick from Kelly sent Iwatani out of the ring. The tag rules of AEW allowed for Satomura to enter the ring as the legal partner - and enter the ring she did! Quickly bringing the match back to a more even playing field with brutal strikes, Heel kicks and palm strikes chopped down Kelly, and would attempt to do the same to Kurone. Maho, however, seemed to be trained in some form of martial art, able to duck and weave each strike attempt. Maho would charge in, getting an upper hand on Meiko with a frenzy in VENOM’s corner. Maho Kurone, as Sarah Shockey on commentary would note, has not been seen in wrestling for 2 years prior to this return in AEW, and her style has been hard for opponents to adjust to.

Meiko would attempt to tag out, as VENOM continued their beating on the legend. However, The Final Boss had a trick up her sleeve, as she would dive for the tag - slapping her own hands together instead of tagging Mayu?! Priscilla Kelly didn’t know that a tag was not made, lunging and attacking Mayu Iwatani right away. As Kelly went to go attack Mayu, referee Aubrey Edwards would stop her to notify that Meiko was still legal! As Priscilla Kelly turned back to look at Meiko, she caught a roundhouse kick into the chin! Kelly fell to one knee, allowing Meiko to run up her knee and drive her heel into the skull! Scorpio Rising! Meiko would make the cover, with Mayu springboarding into a dropkick to Maho and avoid a break up - 1...2...3!

    WINNERS!
    Spoiler:

Mayu Iwatani and Meiko Satomura (Pinfall w/ Scorpio RIsing in 15:58].

11:55As Mayu and Meiko had their arms raised, suddenly, they were jumped from behind by Maho Kurone and another VENOM member running down - Shotzi Blackheart! Darby Allin slides in the ring as well, wielding his skateboard. The female members of VENOM put the boots to the winners, as the ring bell wails in the background, calling for an end to this violence. The calls received no answer, sadly, as the trio of women would taunt Mayu and Meiko, daring them to get up and kicking them as they attempted to.

FADE ON - ALL THE THINGS SHE SAID BY T.A.T.U
As the lights turn a shade of purple once again, out from the back marches the leader of this dark group - Victoria Varon. As Varon marches down to the ring, wearing a black bodysuit, she keeps her eyes centered on the ring. Varon gets into the ring, motioning back with her hands. Suddenly, all three women beg off, not even looking at Victoria to see the motion. Varon beckons Darby, who was sitting in the corner and waiting. Darby stands up, holding the skateboard behind his head, measuring up like a baseball bat. Varon grabs a hand-full of Mayu Iwatani’s hair, slowly trying to drag her up to her feet.

    BLACK OUT
What?! What could this be -

    LIGHTS UP
Suddenly, VENOM all stand on the base of the ramp, staring up at the ring in confusion. Mayu Iwatani and Meiko Satomura are down and out on the far side of the ring, but between them and VENOM, also in the ring, stand two figures. It’s…

DEMONxBUNNY - It’s Rosemary and Allie!

DEMONxBUNNY stare daggers into VENOM, as we are nearing the end of time on our broadcast. DxB look over, looking at Mayu and Meiko for a moment. They walk over and… Offer handshakes to the confused looking wrestlers. Mayu and Meiko both back off for a moment, rolling outside of the ring on their own.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Fans, what does this mean?! DEMONxBUNNY have arrived, seemingly to aid Mayu and Meiko!

SARAH SHOCKEY. Those two look like the kind that VENOM may recruit, though…

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. It seems they feel the same as you do, Sarah. We’ve run out of time here on Dynamite! Don’t miss us here next week, same time and same channel, for Sarah Shockey, this is Michael Schiavello signing off! We’ll see you next week!

Post-Show Press Conference Highlights on YouTube:
(Available for On Demand Streaming In Full and Uncensored on AEW’s Website)

    Jimmy Havoc Panel:
Jimmy Havoc would say that he knew nothing about the Moxley attack right at the start of the panel, wanting to stop any rumors of an alliance before they start. When asked, he said that he wrestled a different style tonight to “prove to dickheads like Eli Drake that I use weapons because I want to, not because I have to.” When asked about if he took offense or joy in Joey Janela thinking he was UltraViolence, Havoc said that it fit the profile a bit, and that he had been asked about it before. Havoc, though, made sure to note that he doesn’t do subtlety. If he wants something he’ll tell you, and if he doesn’t like you, you’ll know it. When asked if he would enjoy hardcore match with Moxley, Havoc simply paused, as a huge smirk slowly came across his face. He would simply say, “There is a time for everything… My time will come.” With that, he got up and walked out.
    Hart Dungeon Panel:
Teddy Hart had his cat with him, as usual. David Hart Smith Jr. would talk up the fact that they were a winning trio, and put it out there that they want to be champions in All Elite Wrestling. When asked if Brian Pillman Jr. was going to contend for a tag title match, or if it would remain the duo of Teddy and Davey, the Harts refused to divulge any more information. They would say, however, that Pillman Jr. was a star that AEW doesn’t yet realize the true value of. They claim that with time, AEW will become the best company in the world of wrestling because the Hart family will be on top.
    David Starr Panel:
Joel Gertner would accompany David Starr to the panel, having reporters ask him questions and usually just insulting the reporters for the question. The things that Starr would answer, would rile up some fans. Starr mentioned that he is absolutely independent, and that he will not sign a full deal to All Elite Wrestling in terms of being exclusive. Starr claims that he is the hardest working man in professional wrestling, and that he has a stranglehold on the UK wrestling market. Starr said he plans to do the same thing in All Elite Wrestling, become the undeniable force that cannot be ignored. When asked why his intro was so long, David Starr simply said, “F*** you, that’s why.”
    VENOM Panel:
Victoria Varon sat at the top of the panel, with all the members of VENOM standing behind her, almost emotionless. Varon would rarely answer questions fully, instead turning everything into a roundabout story talking about their unity and danger as a group. What we would learn, is that VENOM is on a quest to try and corrupt Mayu Iwatani. Varon called Iwatani an “essence of purity in a dark and impure industry” Varon stated that if Rosemary and Allie wanted to get in their way, that VENOM would not be afraid to strike them down, but she would also warn that it is important to choose the right hills to die on in wrestling.
Mayu Iwatani And Meiko Satomura Panel (Translators Present):
Mayu started by thanking Meiko for the opportunity to team with someone of her stature, and claimed that the win tonight was a much needed boost to morale after the torment of VENOM. Meiko states that she has no horse in the fight between Mayu and VENOM, but the fact that Mayu defeated her on Dynamite earned the respect of the Final Boss, who had hoped to make a big splash in her TNT debut. Satomura also said that she is going to be looking to move past VENOM, as she would rather fight for championship matches, as she already won the match against them. Mayu, however, said that she was hesitant to trust DEMONxBUNNY. Mayu stated that she would fight VENOM, whether she has backup or not, and she will be back on Dynamite next week after thinking over the decision.

All Elite Wrestling AEW Website Press Release

    AllEliteWrestling.com

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM ALL ELITE WRESTLING EXECUTIVES

    With the reveal on this past edition of Dynamite that Jon Moxley is to be the man to challenge Joey Janela at Bash At The Beach, AEW executives felt it would be irresponsible to leave this unaddressed;

We here at All Elite Wrestling would like to hammer home the fact that this match between Jon Moxley and Joey Janela is going to be a DEATH MATCH. Ahead of time, both men were evaluated by licensed medical professionals, and signed waivers to prove their full consent to compete in this match. This will go on just before the Half-Time Show, with an announcement made beforehand. It is suggested that those feint of heart or with small children use this opportunity to start half time, as we will reiterate, a Death Match is not your typical hardcore match.

At the risk of redundancy, AEW are simply looking to make clear to the public that what will occur at Bash At The Beach will not be considered, "normal" of a hardcore match in All Elite Wrestling, only being sanctioned as such due to extenuating circumstances. With respect to both wrestlers' wishes (and contractual clauses,) officials sanctioned the match. The Death Match is going to be one of the most brutally violent matches that American Professional Wrestling has seen in decades, with two of the most extreme combatants in modern wrestling. Please, remember fans, do not try ANY of this at home.

Order Bash At The Beach NOW on Pay-Per View providers, B/R Live, or Fite TV! See The Death Match, Kenny Omega vs. Chris Jericho II, Becky Knox vs. Jazzy Gabert, and so much more!

Leaving a small comment. Quite a fun show and I really liked the twist of it being Moxley and not Havoc like I thought it was going to be as well. Good use of him so far. I like the lamost supercard vibe your shows have with the best of the best around competiting. Mance Warner to win next week plz!

Chris Van Vliet Interview With [REDACTED] - March 23rd, 2019

Author's Note: This is from earlier in the year, in this universe. However, in the interest of not telegraphing everything through the dirtsheets, this had been kept banked to this point. This feels like a fun time to release it, now that some different speculations can run wild for who it is. Reminder that current universe is in mid July, 2019.

Transcript Excerpt of Chris Van Vliet Interview With Recently Released [REDACTED]:
    March 23rd, 2019

Chris Van Vliet. So, you surprised a lot of people requesting your release from WWE, especially this close to WrestleMania season. People seemed to think you were a sure thing to be what many consider a “WWE Lifer.” What do you think about that?

[REDACTED]. Yeah, [Chuckles.] No... It may have taken some people by surprise based on my connections I still have there, of course. At the end of the day, though, it comes down to having a creative vision that you want to see play out. WrestleMania probably would have been a nice pay day, but if I’m just there doing some random spot in the Battle Royal, what’s the difference, y’know?

Chris Van Vliet. Now, by that, I’m assuming you had some ideas for your return that you had wanted to try?

[REDACTED]. Absolutely. By the end of my time there, I had strayed so far from what my original character was supposed to be. To me, at least, there was so much to the original idea that every “extra tweak” that had improved it in the short term, made it much harder for me to truly be [REDACTED GIMMICK NAME] as I envisioned him. I wanted to completely revamp myself, with an entire new look and style to what I did, but y’know, still acknowledge who I used to be. I went out and had stuff made for it, I shot concepts, the whole nine yards.

Chris Van Vliet. And what happened to it?

[REDACTED]. [Pause.] I don’t know, honestly. I pitched it a few different times, but nothing came out of the meetings. Personally, I feel like it came down to one or two possibilities. Either, they thought that me going out and trying to make a new version of [REDACTED GIMMICK NAME] meant that I was trying to step outside of whatever box they wanted to keep me in, which they rarely like to see… Or they just thought I wasn’t worth the resources to be one of their top guys. I mean, they’d put me with their top guys, but I don’t have reason to believe they put me on that same pedestal.

Chris Van Vliet. Well, it’s not as though you didn’t achieve anything, right? Former world champion, former multiple time tag team champion, are pretty sweet accomplishments. You’d think you were pretty on top of the world at one point is that fair to say?

    [REDACTED]. I don’t think so, no, actually. If you look at the things that I did in my career, I was almost never the most important “piece to the puzzle” I was in, if you get what I mean. With [REDACTED GROUP NAME] it was the visual of us all together, and what I could say, not what I was doing in the ring. I always seemed to be in a holding pattern when I was alone until they needed a hook for a story. And then, I’d return to another form of [REDACTED GROUP NAME] or randomly team with [REDACTED PARTNER]. So, I guess it just felt like I was necessary, but not important, if that makes sense. Not in the eyes of creative, at least;

[REDACTED takes a breath for a moment.]

[REDACTED]. I was a means to an end, in a way. A feud that they knew would keep the fans interested in somebody that they didn’t like, because that was a big thing Vince believed that I was good at. I love them as people, but y’know… The fans were really big into hating on Roman Reigns and Randy Orton a few years ago, so what does creative do? Puts them with me, because I can get them a reaction Vince wants.

Chris Van Vliet. Well, do you think that this is by design or more of a coincidence? I can’t imagine with your family and friends that people would be giving you grief about not putting in the time or effort to be where on top. Why do you feel the spotlight wasn’t on you where it should’ve been?

[REDACTED]. I think Vince sees me more as a talker than a wrestler. He saw me as someone people paid attention to… Someone that could get the fans behind me… But I don’t know that he was really a fan of how I wrestled or how I looked. I get it, WWE has a certain style that they tend to lean towards aesthetically, but I thought there was money in looking a bit different or trying to make my ring work match my character. Then, getting injured let me work on that more. Getting in the best shape of my career, has been great, but by the point where I was nearing my comeback I was so mentally checked out that it didn’t matter whether creative thought it was better or not. I just wanted to get out of the cycle.

Chris Van Vliet. What do you think comes next for you then? Do you want to get back into wrestling with a different company? And if so, would you want to be more of what [REDACTED]’s roots were, or your new vision?

[REDACTED]. Well, honestly, I’m not sure what I should confirm or deny in terms of contracts. Don’t want to ruin my chances [Chuckles.] Let’s just say, you’ll see me wrestling again before the end of the year if I have anything to say about it. Now, as far as [REDACTED GIMMICK NAME], What I will say is… I have a big place in my heart and mind that [REDACTED GIMMICK NAME] resides in. There may be similar elements to me the next time you see me, but I promise when I say, I have things that people have never seen before that I’m ready to unleash… This vessel is far from empty, my friends, and I am very excited to show the world what I am truly… Capable of.

    INT. JEFF COBB’S PERSONAL GYM

We see an aerial view of a dark, state of the art gym. In the center of the room sits a ring lit with three spotlights. A single man is in it, throwing around training dummies with extreme force. The camera cuts to a close up, as we see sweat beading down the face of Jeff Cobb. Cobb tosses a dummy to the side, clearly furious as he stands up. Suddenly, we hear the sound of a door opening, with light pouring into the room for a moment to show photos of Cobb winning championships in different companies, and pictures of him competing in The Olympics covering the walls. Cobb’s head snaps up, both shocked and angry that somebody is interrupting him. Masked in the shadows, a man slowly makes his way to the ring area. The camera stays low, avoiding his face, but we see that the man is wearing a fine suit. The man slowly claps, while making his way to the ring. Cobb swiftly rolls out to the apron sitting down.

    - JEFF COBB. Who are you and why are you here? This is a closed training session.

The man laughs slightly, raising his hands in surrender. A slightly raspy voice speaks, with some kind of Spanish accent evident.

?. Please, don’t be mistaken. I mean you no harm. I come with an offer -

Cobb looks confused, cutting off this man.

    - JEFF COBB. Do I know you? You look familiar…

?. [Chuckles.] I’m flattered. I don’t believe we’ve met, but I do think that I have something that interests you.

    - JEFF COBB. And what would that be?

?. An opportunity of sorts… You see, I know a thing or two about… Fights. You, I see a top level fighter. You could be world champion for years, and yet, you lost what may be the biggest chance that you have had.

FLASHBACK - HANGMAN PAGE AND THE LUCHA BROTHERS DEFEAT JAY LETHAL, JEFF COBB, AND PAC

    CUT BACK TO THE GYM

Cobb steps up, clearly not happy about being reminded, but instead he is met with a business card held out in front of his face.

?. Please, take this. You will know when the time comes, and when it does, you have a very important decision to make. [Pause.] I trust you will make the correct one.

Jeff takes the card indignantly, reading it. He goes to look back up, but the man is gone in the shadows. The camera cuts over Cobb’s shoulder, allowing us to read parts of the card.

    CARD READS:

CC- If you are reading this, congratulations. You are being offered a unique opportunity for your future. With your talent, and our management prowess, you can find success and fortune beyond your wildest dreams. RSVP at your convenience, El Jefe awaits. You will receive your instructions then.
    ----- CORP 2019.

The bottom of the card seems to list the business, but Cobb’s finger covers the title. Cobb’s hand moves to his face, as if he could feel something there. Cobb looks up, a fire in his eyes.

EXT. AEW LIVE SHOW, PARKING LOT

We see members of the AEW roster leaving the event, as the fans surround parts of the parking lot. Atlas Security holds them back, as the camera pans to the side to show blurs of people leaving the locker room exit. The camera zooms in on Aaron Solow. His head is up, looking ready for the fans to swarm him… But nobody seems to notice him. Solow walks right up to a fan wearing a Cody Rhodes shirt, playing aloof as if he doesn’t notice the fan. The two bump into each other, with the fan responding angrily.

    [Aaron Solow]

FAN. Watch where you’re going, dick.

Solow looks pissed for a moment, but takes a breath and keeps walking. We hear AEW Match Maker Stu Barrett’s voiceover speaking as Aaron walks dejectedly to his car.

STU BARRETT. We will not tolerate having our time and money wasted, especially by somebody who doesn’t want to be here. If you think this is beneath you, I’d personally be glad to let you walk without a second thought. I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time only lapse of judgment by letting you keep your job. However, you will be fined for your little publicity stunt and you need to know that your opportunities will not come by endlessly.

Solow stops as he reaches his car. One last statement rings out in the voiceover.

STU BARRETT. Your actions have consequences, Aaron.

The camera pans over Aaron’s shoulder, showing his rental car - but there’s a piece of paper under the windshield wiper. Solow takes a deep breath, of course he got a parking ticket. He grabs the paper, turning it over - but it’s a handwritten note? The camera sees the note, written in a heavy handed black ink.

“To be adored by some, a martyr must be hated by many. Aaron, I believe in you. Find Malachi.”

The camera cuts up to Aaron’s face, who looks confused. He looks over the note for contact information, but doesn’t find any. Solow shrugs while shaking his head, putting the card into his pocket. He gets into his car and starts it up.

    INT. AEW DYNAMITE, BACKSTAGE

We see Allie sitting with a smile on her face, waving to the camera. She speaks up with her high pitched voice nearly squealing with excitement.

    - ALLIE. Hi! I’m Allie!

    FLASH.

Suddenly, Rosemary stands next to her.

    - ALLIE. Oh! [Poking at Rosemary] This is my Demon friend!

Rosemary looks irritated at Allie, shaking her head quickly.

    - ROSEMARY. They know who we are, Bunny. That’s not why we’re here.

Rosemary looks into the camera now.

    - ROSEMARY. The Hive calls out to us… They warn us of a darkness looming within All Elite Wrestling. We have gone through the multiverse together to battle levels of darkness together, through the Impactverse, the Riseverse, the Smashverse -

    - ALLIE. I don’t remember that one…

Rosemary pats on her head absentmindedly.

    - ROSEMARY. We know, Bunny, we know… The Hive has brought us to The Eliteverse in order to right a very grave wrong, and take back the power being used by those who do not have a right to it.

Rosemary puts her hand on Allie’s head, pulling her in. Allie yelps, but near immediately turning to a look of joy as she stares into the side of Rosemary’s face.

    - ROSEMARY. VENOM is a grave mistake that will be made right. Victoria, you know not the power you are toying with.

    - ALLIE. Oh! I like toys! Like -

    - ROSEMARY. [Putting her hand over Allie’s mouth] Mayu Iwatani… Though Bunny may enjoy you, we care not for your bright colors and joy. We are here to ensure the safety of the multiverse, and if we offer both Bunny and ourselves as backup.

    FLASH.

Rosemary disappears once again, with Allie now looking around confused. She makes a “smoke” sound effect and runs off camera to the side.

    INT. GYM WEIGHT ROOM

FADE ON - ELITE WARRIORS BY MATTHEW LEE MASSIE

We see Matt and Nick Jackson with their most recent t-shirts on as they train. They hit body bags, throw medicine balls, and run on treadmills. We see Matt Jackon laying on the ground, gasping for air with an exaggerated look on his face of exhaustion.

    HARD CUT.

Both Bucks now stand with water and towels around their necks, talking to the camera. Matt is catching his breath while Nick speaks relaxed.

    - NICK JACKSON. So, we’re trying to get in some training while we can. We’ve been crazy busy these last few months.

Matt laughs, smacking at Nick’s shoulder.

    - MATT JACKSON. Yeah, man. Hell, we may catch some crap online for not working on BTE right now… But really. We’re getting set into this new structure and it’s going great. New EVP responsibilities, the issues with Marty, the tag division having so much talent.., We’ve definitely got a lot on our plates right now.

    - NICK JACKSON. Of course. But we’re getting… A little tired.

Both Bucks stand up a bit straighter, Matt smacking Nick in the chest.

    - MATT JACKSON. But we got this. We’re not gonna sit here and bitch and moan. We’re gonna get back in the ring and prove that we are the best tag team in the world.

Both brothers back up, Superkicking the camera as their theme song plays.

    FADE OUT.

    EXT. UNKNOWN TOWN, USA

We see a dark pathway, hearing heavy footsteps march by. The camera pans to follow them, as the light from the streetlamps suddenly light up the shot to show a small town’s nightlife bustling.

FADE ON - THE CHAIN BY TOOTHGRINDER

Two sets of boots march by, walking on a cobblestone walkway. We don’t see above the two mens’ waists, but we can see them wearing dress shoes, cacky pants, and some kind of blazer. They make their way down the street a bit, both having a swagger to their step.

“Listen to the wind blow, watch the sunrise…”

The two walk through the town, passing local pubs and quickly making their way through crowds. As they get to the edge of town with less light leading to it, the one on the right smacks at the arm of the other one.

“Running in the shadows, damn your love, damn your lies. “

Both men turn down an alley between buildings, hanging their blazers on a fire hydrant.

    FLASH CUT.

    INT. BASEMENT OF BUILDING.

“And if you don’t love me now, then you’ll never love me again…”

We see both figures, with their sleeves rolled up - still not shown above the waist. They seem to be in some kind of fight club - as posters and images cross the walls. They wait with their arms outstretched.

“I can still hear you saying you would never break the chain…”

They both receive thick envelopes from a sleazy looking, middle aged man -

    FLASH.

Footage plays of figures looking similar to each man fighting in a circle of onlookers. They both fight dirty, with kicks to the knee cap, fishhooking, and a punch to the throat.

    BACK TO PRESENT.

As each man counts their stack of $50 bills and $100s, the men place the money in their wallets. The… “Gentleman” who paid them holds out his hand, seemingly looking for some kind of tip. We see both figures turn to each other.

“And if you don’t love me now, then you’ll never love me again…”

    FLASH.

Both men are back outside, putting on their jackets again.

    FLASH.

We see the gentleman out cold on the floor, blood coming out of a cut below his right eye.

“I can still hear you saying you would never break the chain…”

We see both men walking off, into a local bar as the camera pans up and into the light.
    NEVER BREAK THE CHAIN

    FADE IN.

We see highlights courtesy of World Wonder Ring STARDOM in Japan, featuring one of AEW’s premiere female talent - Mayu Iwatani! The footage shows her high speed, high impact offense as she goes to war against Kagetsu, Hana Kimura, and even AEW Women’s Champion Allysin Kay! We see shots of Mayu on offense -

    SUPERKICK!

    DRAGON SUPLEX!

    FUBUKI RANA!

    HARD CUT.

Mayu Iwatani is in the gym, striking a heavy bag with swift combos. Shots interchange between training and Mayu sitting down for an interview with the camera. We hear her speaking, with subtitles to translate what she says, over footage of her training in the gym and battling tough competition.

    - MAYU IWATANI. (Subtitled.) I am Mayu Iwatani. I am proud to call myself a professional wrestler. I am the only joshi to wrestle with STARDOM since it started in 2011, and I have fought very hard to earn my place as The Icon of STARDOM.

We see Mayu holding up different championships, showing her reigns as High Speed Champion, Wonder of STARDOM Champion (White Belt), and World of STARDOM Champion (Red Belt).

    - MAYU IWATANI. (Subtitled.) As I continue to prove myself in Japan, I received more opportunities to wrestle in other countries. When AEW started, and began to have a partnership with STARDOM, I became very interested in coming to wrestle for AEW.

Footage is shown of Mayu Iwatani defeating Meiko Satomura on Dynamite, before flashing to the multiple beatdowns that Victoria Varon’s group VENOM has conducted on Mayu. We see her looking seriously into the camera.

    - MAYU IWATANI. (Subtitled.) I know what I am capable of as a wrestler. I am going to defeat VENOM, and I am going to become AEW Women’s Champion. I am Mayu Iwatani - The Hyper Technician. I will fight with everything in me.

Mayu smiles with a look of confidence.

    FADE OUT.

    FADE ON.

    INT. ESTATE OF JERICHO

We see Chris Jericho on a stationary bike in his personal gym. Posters of him from different decades and eras hang on the wall, with a large Fozzy flag behind him. Chris Jericho takes off his headphones, and we can hear his own theme song - Judas - emanating from the headset. Jericho has a towel around his neck, wiping at his face while he continues to bike.

    - CHRIS JERICHO. You see, this is the difference between somebody like Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho. Kenny Omega spends his spare time between Dynamites making comedy for some YouTube Channel, or playing video games. Chris Jericho?! I’m always bettering myself, in the gym, cross country touring with my music, making a whole new professional wrestling company enter the big time with my mere presence alone!

Jericho stops pedaling, a smug look crossing his face.

    - CHRIS JERICHO. Chris Jericho is not just some guy who’s been wrestling for decades. I’ve spent decades reinventing myself, evolving, getting better every single day until there was no more doubt that I am the GOAT of this business! (Chuckles.) And that… Is why I am going to win at Bash At The Beach. I am the Best In The World at what I do, and what I do is go between those ropes and set a standard that can’t be met. I know Kenny Omega wants to make this about being the best guy from Canada, because I was his hometown hero.

Jericho sits back for a second, laughing. A huge smirk crosses his face as his eyes light up.

    - CHRIS JERICHO. He’s right. I’m THE most iconic Canadian wrestler in professional wrestling history. And Kenny Omega wants that spot, just like so many others before him have tried to take. The difference is, when we get to Daily’s Place in Florida, we’re going to hear thousands of Jerichoholics chanting along for the GOAT - “Go Jericho Go! Go Jericho Go! Go Jericho Go!” Before I clip the wing off of Kenny Omega and send him crashing down to earth and reality.

Jericho puts his headphones back on, going back to the workout.

    FADE OUT.

    FADE IN.

INT. LARGE ESTATE, IN THE DEN.

FIREPLACE CRACKLING WITH LARGE ARMCHAIR FACING IT.

The camera pans through, looking around the armchair to see the All Elite Wrestling Champion, PAC sitting there. The champion sits in his full gear, with the AEW Championship belt resting in his lap. A look of smug certainty sits painted across his face. He leans forward, the fire crackling in his eyes as The Bastard King speaks from his throne.

    - PAC. Rey… Fenix. You, and for some reason many of the All Elite Wrestling fans, have come to this conclusion that you will dethrone The Bastard King at Bash At The Beach. Now… I will not lie and claim to hate bearing bad news, so I will just come out and say - This fairy tale that you have written for yourself will not become a reality. No matter how much you wish to be a hero for your country that brings home the most prestigious championship in professional wrestling, this… is not… a fairy tale.

PAC looks into the face place of the championship belt, as the camera pans down to show the half lit reflection of the champion dancing across the title belt as the fire moves the lighting angles. PAC looks up, now all business.

    - PAC. I mean what I say that this championship is the most prestigious championship in our industry, and because of that, I will not be taking you lightly, Rey Fenix. Despite knowing how good I am, I will not make the mistake of underestimating you. For that reason… I took great care in selecting your opponent for Dynamite this week… The term Pick Your Poison is a lot of fun, especially in this context.

PAC reaches underneath the championship belt, picking up what appears to be a photo. He holds the picture to himself, not letting the camera see what is on it.

    - PAC. When the King raises a toast, it is to be respected. Now, this Tuesday, the Bastard King will raise a deadly toast and I invite you to indulge and get out every bit of aggression that you’ve built up, not just in AEW… But in your entire life. Because your opponent is one you know quite well… Your opponent, Rey, is -

PAC turns the photo with a crooked smile to reveal -

    Spoiler:

    [Pentagon Zero]

    - PAC. Pentagon Zero. Your brother. Enjoy, Fenix, because no matter whether you say it in English, Spanish, or Mandarin, you are no Rey. You are no King - The only King that reigns in this company is THE BASTARD!

PAC smiles, holding his championship belt.

    All Elite Wrestling Presents:
    Inside AEW
On-Demand On YouTube & B/R Live (Premieres at Noon EST)
Panel: Arn Anderson, Conrad Thompson, Danielle Moinet, and Jim Ross
    Monday July 15th, 2019

    HAVOC MAKES HIS MARK
The panel discusses Jimmy Havoc’s victorious debut last week against Eli Drake. Conrad brought up Havoc’s history of hardcore wrestling, stating that it was a great chance for him to use his technical ability to defeat Drake. Anderson made the comment that Jimmy Havoc was more smooth than he had originally known Havoc to be, and said that he hoped to see more of this side of Jimmy Havoc than the blood and guts he may be known for. The group debates for a moment whether the hardcore side of Jimmy Havoc could be a benefit or a detriment in a company like All Elite Wrestling, but the consensus seems to be that Jimmy Havoc will have to make the decision for himself as he battles more and more competition here.

Match Preview: Jay Lethal and Jeff Cobb vs. Flip Gordon and Shane Strickland
Jay Lethal and Jeff Cobb, two thirds of the trio that put the first technical blemish on the record of our champion, will team up to battle two of the flashiest young stars on All Elite Wrestling’s roster. With Jay Lethal having his vendetta against AEW, and his budding rivalry with Flip Gordon, will the combination of The Pacific Powerhouse and The Greatest First Generation Wrestler be able to topple the more aerial based opponents? Flip Gordon is set to prove that he can hang in AEW, as he tries to get momentum leading to his one on one confrontation with Jay Lethal during the Prelims for Bash At The Beach. The wildcard in this all? Shane Strickland. Making his Dynamite Debut, Shane Strickland is touted as possibly the next breakout star for professional wrestling. With the speed and agility be able to overcome the power and experience? Only time will tell, but be sure to tune in early as this match will open Dynamite this week!

    RISING LEVELS OF MOXICITY
The panel then returns to go over the reveal that it was in fact Jon Moxley who demanded the Death Match with Joey Janela. Arn Anderson says that he has been working with Moxley for a few years, but he has become nearly unrecognizable. Anderson calls Moxley unhinged, demented, and on a mission, but what that mission is doesn’t seem clear right now. Moinet offers that Moxley is angry about what he came back to, saying that Moxley used to be known as THE guy for hardcore style wrestling in America - now he comes back to fight the guy who seems to have taken that spot. Conrad agrees, saying that Joey Janela was wrestling the same time as Moxley on the independents, but that it took until Moxley had stepped out of the hardcore scene for Janela to really get a following. Jim Ross points out that both Joey Janela and Jon Moxley have done death defying feats during matches, including getting stabbed and falling off of buildings, but that these two today are unpredictable with the stage they are being given. JR explained, this isn’t just an independent where the majority of people won’t see you, you’re going to make this… “Statement” whatever you want it to be on pay-per view for a major wrestling company. People are going to remember this, and if it’s what both of these men truly want, he just hopes it isn’t a shortsighted desire that could end up costing both men in the future both for their careers and health. It is announced that Jon Moxley will make a statement regarding his match with Joey Janela this Tuesday on Dynamite!

Match Preview: Kota Ibushi vs. David Starr w/ Joel Gertner
After the impressive debut against Marko Stunt, David Starr’s level of competition greatly rises as he battles the Golden Star. Kota Ibushi is going in on a losing streak in singles competition, with losses to Chris Jericho at Double or Nothing, and Marty Scurll on Dynamite. JR says that despite Kota’s talent, he has had trouble translating that into singles success. While Kota has a losing record in singles action, he has a winning record when teaming with Kenny Omega in the Golden Lovers. Arn Anderson agrees, saying that Kenny Omega seems to help elevate Ibushi to a level that he has yet to figure out how to get to alone. Danielle Moinet jumps in to mention that despite this, Kota Ibushi is still the heavy favorite going into this match. David Starr, while rising his stocks as an independent talent (and remaining independent still), has not fought the same caliber of talent for as long as Kota Ibushi has. Starr is no slouch, don’t be mistaken, but a few bad matches cannot cloud the opinion to make Ibushi seem like the underdog. Conrad offers though, at the same time, a victory for David Starr would serve to heavily shift the scales in terms of roster hierarchy. Thompson states that it’s no surprise that a partial member of The Elite like Kota Ibushi is going to be someone that the fans are excited to see, but if David Starr can prove himself to be as good as he believes to be, while pushing Kota Ibushi further into this slump, Starr may be able to make a great case for a championship opportunity.

    INK THE DEAL…
This Tuesday on Dynamite, Marty Scurll will represent Villain Enterprises, as Cody Rhodes represents The Elite, during the official signing of their match for Bash At The Beach. Security will be present, and all other members of both factions are prohibited from coming within 300 feet of the location to ensure that this does not descend into violence. The panel debates whether this is the time Marty will take to finally explain himself or not, but they ultimately come to the conclusion that Scurll has been too much of a wildcard so far to tell. His unpredictability so far makes it difficult to tell his mindset coming into the contract signing. Rhodes, however, the panel agreed would have to keep his temper at a certain level. Rhodes has to remember that if he is to instigate a fight, despite his rank as an executive, he could be fined, suspended from in-ring competition, and the match could be called off. Cody Rhodes will get to speak to Marty Scurll face to face without any pretenses for the first time!

    Match Preview: Pick Your Poison
The main event for Dynamite has been announced by PAC - The Lucha Brothers will collide head to head! The #1 Contender Rey Fenix will battle his brother, Pentagon Zero! Conrad Thompson reminded the panel that Pentagon has a singles victory over who many call the greatest wrestler alive in Kazuchika Okada back at Double or Nothing. Danielle wonders whether a Pentagon victory could turn the championship match into a triple threat, as Pentagon Zero would have a legitimate claim to contendership. JR firmly stayed behind Rey Fenix, saying that the last time he saw a luchador with as much pure talent as this was Rey Misterio Jr. in WCW. The difference, as Ross would say, is that Fenix has more size which gives him more power behind his strikes, which makes Rey Fenix a solid contender for one of the most complete fighters on the planet. Arn Anderson stepped in to remind, however, that Pentagon Zero has a tendency to break bones. This brought the conversation to bring to light a rule in All Elite Wrestling - “Any competitor that intentionally breaks a bone/intentionally causes long term damage are subject to overturn of match result and fines.” This brings a lot of questions into how certain movesets like Pentagon Zero, Marty Scurll, and others who use breaks as part of their moveset. Danielle questioned whether Pentagon Zero would even go as far as to break the arm of his own brother during an exhibition match, and the panel responded with the consensus that it wasn’t necessarily likely, but you can never truly rule anything out with Pentagon Zero, especially this close to the money and glory that would come with being around the AEW Championship picture.

Re: All Elite Wrestling: A Global Revolution

Just had a read through this dude and I LOVE the detail you put into absolutely everything! Your shows always read like a script and I've never seen it from anyone else. Unique.

    Couple of thoughts.

    - I liked the Cobb Segment. At first I thought the man behind the card was Konnan but it can't be. So I'm intriqued by this for sure. Cobb could be a massive player here in All Elite Wrestling and I'm looking forward to seeing how that develops.

    - I'm not familiar with Solow but again, intrigued to see where that's going with the note.

    - Demon & Bunny segment was a nice change of pace with some humor. I quite liked how they came across together in this segment.

    - I like the graphics! Fit the theme of the show well. Fenix vs PAC could be a SHOW STEALER!

    - Young Bucks interview was a little flat for me but it didn't really need to be anything amazing.

    - More intrigued with the "Never break the chain" stuff, I have no idea what this represents.

    - Iwatani segment was pretty standard, totally fine.

    - Jericho being Jericho. This was good stuff.

    - PAC promo was GREAT! I think you nailed the representation of the character here and I LOVED the choice for Ray's opponent.

    - Some BIG matches scheduled for the upcoming Dynamite! Can't wait man! :D

Re: All Elite Wrestling: A Global Revolution

Dude...this is absolutely astonishing. I don't think I've ever seen a BTB with this amount of detail, this amount of specialized extra content, or the level of awesome formatting. It's truly impressive. Everything feels important, even with the enormous roster you have. You seem to be giving almost everyone something interesting to do, which can be very hard, and I applaud your efforts. This is so good that I actually got angry at points. Who is Breaking The Chains?? A street fighting tag team, hell yes. But who is it?? The mystery is killing me. The stuff with Jeff Cobb and Aaron Solow is also quite intriguing. Rosemary and Bunny work phenomenally here, to the point where I wish this was the specific dynamic that they would have had in Impact together. Like, this exact skit. It's just tremendous. Keep it up!

FLASH ON - HIGHLIGHTS OF PAST DYNAMITE EPISODES

    WHAM!

Lethal drives the microphone into the head of Flip Gordon! Gordon falls to the mat, as Jay Lethal pounces on his, sending right hands into the face of the young star! The crowd drowns Lethal in boos, as Jay gets back to his feet, tearing at his own tie. Lethal takes his tie and blazer off, unbuttoning his sleeves as he rolls them up. Jay Lethal motions for Flip to get to his feet, as he staggers to do so - LOW BLOW FROM LETHAL! Gordon falls down to his knees, clutching his groin as Jay Lethal lifts him up - PILEDRIVER!

    FLASH CUT

Jeff Cobb, Jay Lethal, and PAC vs. Hangman Page and The Lucha Brothers -

The cover and the three count meant victory for the team of Rey Fenix!

    FLASH CUT

David Starr stood tall, as Joel Gertner would enter the ring, celebrating as well. Joel Gertner would request a microphone again, as Michael Schiavello lamented at the speed of that contest.

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. David Starr with one of the most dominant performances we’ve seen yet in All Elite Wrestling - His ring introduction took more time than the match itself!

    FLASH CUT

As the assailant walks past Moinet, she bumps into the interviewer’s shoulder, revealing the face of the attacker to be Tenille Dashwood!

MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. BECKY KNOX HAS MADE HER PRESENCE FELT IN AEW!

    FLASH TO INTERVIEW

JAZZY GABERT. The fans can cheer as they please - in fact, I hope they do. They represent every person who has not believed in the dominant force that I am. And just like my detractors, the fans that endlessly cheer Becky on are only going to be disappointed when they realize her grave mistake in judgment.

    Match #1
    Time Limit: 15 Minutes
    Referee: Rick Knox
    Tag Team Match:

Jay Lethal and Jeff Cobb vs. Flip Gordon and Shane Strickland

The match started with both teams already in the ring, wasting no television time on entrances. During the introductions, the biggest reaction went to Jay Lethal, with a mixed but mostly negative response, followed by a good pop for Flip Gordon, decent heat for Jeff Cobb, and a mixed reaction of uncertainty for the debuting Shane Strickland. Strickland wore black gear with a white trim, not matching with his partner Flip who donned the camouflage gear for this occasion. Jeff Cobb and Jay Lethal did not match their gear either, with Jay Lethal wearing orange gear to team up with Jeff Cobb in the navy blue.

Lethal and Cobb played traditional heels for the match, while Flip Gordon would wow with high flying moves. Shane Strickland would earn the respect of the fans with his swift and unorthodox striking style. Commentary noticed that Strickland hesitated to strike Jeff Cobb, focusing his attacks on Jay Lethal. Jeff Cobb, likewise, seemed fine with only targeting one member of the opposition (Flip Gordon), as Strickland and Cobb would not directly attack each other at all during the match. This led to both teams starting to break down, as Cobb’s brute force strategy would frustrate Jay Lethal. Meanwhile, the flashiness and cockiness displayed by Shane would distract Flip Gordon as well from being able to capitalize on maneuvers. The finishing sequence of the match came as a direct result of this frustration between Gordon and Strickland.

Strickland would refuse to make the tag, as Flip Gordon wanted to put his finishing touches on the match. Jay Lethal would take advantage, sending a dropkick into the back of Strickland - which allowed Gordon to make the tag, somehow to the dismay of his own partner! Lethal, seemingly not ready to compete with Gordon, took this chance to quickly leave the ring. Gordon would try to slingshot himself over the top with a plancha, but Jeff Cobb made his way into the ring! Since All Elite Wrestling tag match rules borrow from lucha libre, Jeff Cobb had become legal, as leaving the ring as Lethal had allows your partner to enter as the legal man! Cobb caught Flip mid-jump in a rear waistlock - DUMPED FLIP ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD WITH A GERMAN SUPLEX! The crowd let out an uncomfortable gasp, as Flip Gordon went limp on the mat. Cobb would waste no time, getting to his feet while grabbing Gordon up by his ears. Cobb saw his moment to end this here, as he would lift his opponent up… TOUR OF THE ISLANDS! Hooking both legs, with eye contact into the camera, Cobb pinned Flip Gordon for the three count.

    WINNERS!
    Spoiler:

Jay Lethal and Jeff Cobb (Pinfall w/ Tour of the Islands in 8:45).

    FADE ON WINNING GRAPHIC/FADE OFF

Referee Rick Knox raises the hands of both Jay Lethal and Jeff Cobb, when suddenly, Shane Strickland slides back into the ring! Strickland runs up behind the two, laying in a wild kick directly into the back of Jay Lethal’s head! Knox yells at Strickland that the match is over, but Shane still sends another kick into the face of the downed Lethal! Strickland backs off with his hands up, as the ring bell continues to ring out. Strickland backs up, bumping into the brick wall of a human that Jeff Cobb is. Cobb and Strickland stare down, as the crowd begins to cheer on after Strickland’s impressive performance. Flip Gordon and Jay Lethal now lay at both mens’ feet on the mat, as Cobb looks to be saying something to Strickland that the camera can’t pick up. Strickland steps up to Cobb looking to make the first move.

Strickland holds out his hand for a shake! Shane Strickland with an intense look into the eyes of The Pacific Powerhouse. Cobb waits for a moment, before shaking it! Both men lift up their partners for the last match, as Jeff Cobb forces Jay Lethal to his feet, Strickland doing the same for Flip Gordon. Jeff Cobb effortlessly tosses Jay Lethal up into his grasp, slamming his former partner down HARD with a jarringly brutal Tour of the Islands! Strickland grabs Gordon, balancing him into a vertical position as Flip clearly has no idea where he is right now. Strickland measures, as he points up to the sky - AXE KICK TO THE HEAD! Gordon crumbles to the mat in heap, as AEW referees begin to enter the ring. Bryce Remsburg and Brian Hebner plead with the two destructive forces to leave the ring, as the ring bell continues to ring, and we can see Rick Knox requesting help in the back for Gordon.

Cobb and Strickland back off, leaving the ring together as they head up the ramp.

    - MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. We will keep you updated as we can throughout the night, ladies and gentlemen. Sarah, please the good news.

    ALL ELITE WRESTLING INTERVIEW SET

We see Allysin Kay standing in a leather jacket with lace sleeves, AEW Women’s Championship over her right shoulder as she holds it with a pinky up.

    - ALLYSIN KAY. In 12 days, I will officially make my first defense of the All Elite Wrestling Women’s Championship. You know, I’ve heard a lot of people talk about how the tag division is such a prestigious and competitive division… Or that the men just have such a level of star power that the world title is the most important belt in wrestling… The thing is though… This.

Allysin Kay holds the championship out, nearly hitting the camera with it. A stern look stays on her face.

    - ALLYSIN KAY. Since becoming champion, I’ve done more for this company than any other. I’ve traveled to Japan to represent the brand. I’ve given time on television to the women’s division by insisting on a contendership match for my championship taking place in more than just a one on one match. I’ve never lost a match in this company.

Kay smugly puts the title back on her shoulder as she speaks.

    - ALLYSIN KAY. And Jordynne Grace, you don’t know what you have coming to you at Bash At The Beach. Revolution FC may be in your corner, but corners don’t matter when it comes to me. You can line up a member in all four if you wanted, all that matters is that the champion will have you tied up in the center of the ring, tapping out as I leave no doubt! That AK-47 is the real deal, and the greatest wrestler on the planet today.

Allysin Kay turns and walks off with a look of determination.

    INT. WAREHOUSE - LOCATION UNKNOWN

We see a table, dimly lit by a simple light. The camera slowly pans across the floor, up the leg of the table. We see a shadow cast over two things; a glass of what appears to be whisky (no ice), and a railroad spike caked in dry blood. The camera swings around, panning up, and we come face to face with the indignant expression of Jon Moxley. He grabs the spike with his left hand, absentmindedly twirling it between his fingers. He takes a swig from the glass, putting it down as he recoils slightly. Drink seems to be strong. Moxley takes a deep breath, sitting back in the chair as he continues to twirl the spike. Flood lights behind him cast a shadow across the face of the deathmatch legend.

    - JON MOXLEY. Y’know… It’s a real… Burden;ashi to be a guy like me. When you think of death match wrestling, you can go through history and think of the greats that lead to even crazier people to come out. You can look in Japan at your Onita’s paving the way for Kasai. You can look in the west from decades ago and see Terry Funk paving the way for Mick Foley. Or you can look now… You look at the last two decades or so of independent death match wrestling, and you can see Jon Moxley paving the way for Joey Janela.

Moxley takes another drink from the glass, leaving it about halfway to empty.

    - JON MOXLEY. The vast populace may not really know what I’ve gotten myself into over my career just because I had the chance to settle down and get out of that life… And for that I’m thankful. I’m not proud of the disgusting crap that I had to put myself through in order to be able to get that financial security… But it’s what I had to do. And now, we have somebody like Joey Janela… Somebody who for all intents and purposes is just like a young Jon Moxley… But he takes it just a step too far.

Moxley stands up, starting to pace while he more aggressively starts to play with the spike.

    - JON MOXLEY. What I did in death match wrestling was a means to an end. I couldn’t afford therapy, so getting slammed through panes of glass felt like a great replacement. I needed a way to stand out and to prove that there isn’t a man dead or alive as sick as Jon Moxley so that I could afford to give myself the life I KNEW I DESERVED! The life I deserved for having to deal with my childhood, having to deal with a deadbeat dad who walked out and left my mom to have to sell herself on the streets. To get away from that kind of life I damn near died every night for years! FOR F***ING YEARS, JANELA!

Moxley kicks away the chair he was sitting on before, breathing heavily, as he turns his back to the camera. The camera pans around, showing the face of Jon Moxley, washed out in the bright lights he was previously facing away from.

    - JON MOXLEY. I did what I had to do in order to survive and make sure that I didn’t die in some back alley before I turned 30. But you… You openly act like dying in the ring is some noble act, and that the things you put your body through are just how you want to wrestle… I don’t subscribe to that. Joey… I’ve lost friends and had others never be able to walk again because they wanted to be just like Mick Foley and be hardcore. And now you, wanting so badly to be the next Jon Moxley, are going to end up being that exact person to blame for so many poor kids with hospital bills they can’t afford. It’s not cool to do the things that hardcore wrestlers have to do, it is a means to an end, and Joey Janela if you think you’re really hardcore… You’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg. I promised myself that when I made it big, I was going to do everything that I could to prove to everybody that I wasn’t just some freak who couldn’t wrestle and that I’d never step back as far as I went years ago.

Moxley slowly grabs the whisky, staring at it as he continues to talk.

    - JON MOXLEY. If you really aren’t afraid to die in the ring instead of just wanting the attention of being a guy on the level of Terry Funk, Mick Foley, or Jon Moxley… We’re going to learn at Bash At The Beach… But as someone who knows first hand what it means to claw your way out of needing to be that guy… It’s my duty to show you that this isn’t really what you want. You don’t really wanna see the light at the end of the tunnel you insist on barreling down like some runaway train.

Moxley downs the drink quickly, slamming the glass on the ground. Moxley holds the spike against his face, clearly intoxicated either by the alcohol or the scent of blood still emanating off the weapon. Moxley turns, the camera once again follows him. As the light adjusts, the shadow figure of Jon Moxley leans over onto the table.

    - JON MOXLEY. I’m going to save you from yourself, Joey Janela! That is the end that will come by means of your own pain and suffering…

Moxley drives the bloodstained spike into the table! He staggers back, disappearing into the shadows.

    Referee: Brian Hebner
    Singles Match:

Kota Ibushi vs. David Starr w/ Joel Gertner

Kota Ibushi made his way down to the ring first to a great ovation from the fans in attendance. Wearing his traditional white and blue gear, with a Golden Lovers t-shirt, commentary reiterated the issues that Kota Ibushi has found in singles competition since AEW’s foundation. As David Starr made his way down the ring, the fan reaction was the exact opposite. Sarah Joy Shockey on commentary pointed out David Starr’s introduction this week by Joel Gertner was just as long as last week, but thankfully it happened mostly during his walk to the ring. Wearing black gear with gold trim, Starr soaked in the jeers from the crowd as all of his monikers rang through the PA system

David Starr wrestled this match with a chip on his shoulder. Mr. Independent had a physicality this week that caught his opponent off guard, putting the veteran Ibushi on the defensive from the jump. As Starr pounded away, trying to grind down the Golden Star, Ibushi showed the heart and perseverance that he was known for. Ibushi started to rally a comeback after 5 minutes straight of getting manhandled, and David Start was clearly outmatched in a head to head striking battle. As Kota started to gain the advantage, David Starr tried to find ways to get the edge by cheating. A thumb to the eye was warned by the official, but Kota Ibushi still kept getting the edge with a stiff head kick. As Kota Ibushi motioned for the end, a backflip kick to the crown of the head sent David Starr tumbling to the outside of the ring.

As Kota Ibushi followed his opponent out, David Starr ran to hide behind Gertner. As Ibushi stopped in front of Gertner, The Personal Ring Announcer of David Starr did his best to plead with Kota Ibushi for mercy. Ibushi tried getting past Gertner, but to no avail, as Gertner would keep getting directly in front of his path. Ibushi eventually had enough, shoving Gertner aside - LARIAT FROM DAVID STARR TOOK KOTA IBUSHI OFF HIS FEET! The referee’s count reached a 7, as commentary reminded the fans at home that AEW uses a 20 count for ring out. David Starr and Kota Ibushi both laid on the ground in pain, as both men still felt the effects of their last strikes they took. The count continued on, looking more possible that it could be a count out - reaching 15! Both men stirred, getting back to their feet at 17… At 18, both men dove forward - STARR SHOVED IBUSHI INTO THE RING STAIRS! STARR IN AT 19! KOTA IBUSHI DOWN AND OUT ON THE FLOOR! 20!

    WINNER!
    Spoiler:

David Starr (Count Out in 11:54).

David Starr stands tall after the victory, a shocked look across his face momentarily. As Joel Gertner announces his win, the shock grows to smugness, as Mr. Independent stands tall on Dynamite with a victory over a major star, a count out victory, but a victory nonetheless.

    - DANIELLE MOINET. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guests at this time, the men who will challenge Time Machine for the AEW Tag Team Championships at Bash At The Beach, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky - SCU!

Both men motion to the camera, as Christopher Daniels shoves his way forward with his crutch.

    - CHRISTOPHER DANIELS. That’s enough, we got this, there’s already enough people here to do the interview.

Moinet shuffles off, as Daniels adjusts himself with the microphone, clearing his throat.

    - CHRISTOPHER DANIELS. Now, let me begin this with a universal truth that we all know and that is that Philadelphia is the WORST TOWN! That I’ve EVER been in!

Scorpio and Kaz nod their heads, solemnly agreeing in the disdain of Philly.

    - CHRISTOPHER DANIELS. Now, here we have none other than The Notorious K.A.Z. - Frankie Kazarian, and the Violent Delight - Scorpio Sky. And here you see two of the best tag team competitors alive today, between them stands myself. The ring generale, the man who has been doing this since before KUSHIDA knew who Doc Brown even was, and has won more championships than Chris Sabin has good knees left -

    - FRANKIE KAZARIAN. Are either of his knees good anymore?

The trio laugh, before Kazarian goes on.

    - FRANKIE KAZARIAN. Now I don’t mean to cut you off there, CD, but I got something to say so I’m gonna get this off my chest. Now you want to talk about the best tag teams in All Elite Wrestling, and you’re going to talk about the team that has only teamed up a handful of times in tag tournaments before 2019? I know you two are two of the best junior heavyweights in the entire world, and I won’t take that away from you, but to think that you’re the best tag team in the world is a fever dream that we’re going to force you out of at Bash At The Beach. Scorp and K.A.Z. are stepping between the ropes, knocking your lights out, and taking your tag titles home to Beautiful Southern California - Talk to ‘em Sky!

Kazarian turns in place, holding his arm out, as Scorpio Sky steps forward and makes eye contact with the camera. A smile comes across his face.

    - SCORPIO SKY. Aaah-Haa. Now, I know what the fans at home are thinking - (Mocking voice.) Chris Sabin and KUSHIDA have to win! KUSHIDA has been in Japan forever and Chris Sabin was really good in TNA in 2011! (Normal Voice.) Here’s a reality check. Frankie Kazarian has been wrestling for two decades, and I’ve been at this for fifteen long, hard years. All Elite Wrestling is my chance to step out into the spotlight and bathe in its’ glow for the first real time in my career, and you can bet your ASSES that I will do anything it takes to get there! The match will be hardfought, and it will be exciting, but when the dust settles, there’s only going to be three beats back to back to back… (Miming a ref.) 1...2...3! (Miming a bell.) Ding! Ding! Ding! (Pretending to be Justin Roberts.) You’re winners and new tag team champions… S!

    - FRANKIE KAZARIAN. C!

Moments are shown from the match held on this past episode of NWA Power Hour, as Maxwell Jacob Friedman would secure a sneaky win over Gentleman Jervis, Mance Warner, and Joey Ryan by using the ropes for leverage against Warner. MJF celebrates over the top on the outside, screaming about how the championship would soon be his.

I’m here to say one thing and one thing only; at Bash At The Beach, you’re gonna go down. I’m going to show the world the talent that the National Wrestling Alliance has under contract, and I’m gonna shut you up.

Mack goes to walk off, but gets a smirk on his face.

Reika Saiki w/ Revolution FC vs. Becky Knox

Reika Saiki made her way down to the ring to decent boos, as she was flanked by the imposing forces of Revolution FC (#1 Contender Jordynne Grace and Becky’s Bash At The Beach opponent, Jazzy Gabert) wearing the navy blue track suit uniforms of RevolutionFC. Becky got the reaction of the night, making her way down in black and gold gear with chants of Becky ringing out through the arena. Commentary mentioned there’s a good chance Becky Knox is the most popular wrestler in AEW man or woman.

Reika would have the power advantage on Becky, surprising The Man by dominating early grappling exchanges with sheer brute force. Despite the smaller stature, Saiki had Knox shockingly on the back foot early. However, it was the experience and technical know how for The Iron Maiden that would turn the tides and allow Knox to gain the advantage after a wild right hand missed!

Knox ducked the wild right from Saiki, landing a forearm to the base of the neck! The quick counter sent the Muscle Princess to the mat, as Knox wasted no time diving at the arm! Knox stood over Reika, maintaining wrist control, while viciously stomping away at the bicep/shoulder area! Reika yelped out in pain multiple times, and as she weakened Becky chose the perfect moment to pounce; Knox sat down and applied the Beckywara Armbar! Saiki struggles for a few seconds, but Knox leans even further back forcing the submission!

Becky stands tall in the middle of the ring, her theme music blasting through the P.A. system. The Man goes over to the ropes, yelling out at her opponent for Bash At The Beach: Jazzy Gabert. Gabert starts walking towards the ring, getting the attention of Knox. Becky doesn’t realize that someone slid into the ring!

    WHAM!

    ITS MERCEDES MARTINEZ!

Loose change falls all over the mat, as Becky Knox falls like a sack of bricks!

    - SARAH JOY SHOCKEY. Wait a minute no!! What is Martinez doing here?!

    - MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. We saw RevolutionFC extend the offer for her to join them weeks ago, and it appears as she sealed spot in the group with that roll of quarters hidden in her fist!

Becky’s eyes looked glazed over, as RevolutionFC circles around Becky on the ground. Knox, despite not fully knowing where she is, won’t stay down! Instead, she slowly grabs at the boots of Gabert, trying to prove she’s still in a fighting mood! Gabert laughs, before nodding. Saiki and Martinez step forward, each helping to hold Becky Knox standing on jelly legs. Gabert yells something in German into the face of The Man - SPINNING BACKFIST FROM GABERT! The bell sounds again, as chaos has broken out! Trainers and referees begin to flood the ring, as RevolutionFC confidently walks away.

    - SARAH JOY SHOCKEY. Jordynne Grace, Jazzy Gabert, Reika Saiki, and now Mercedes Martinez. Is there any woman on the roster who can stop RevolutionFC?

    - MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Well, we’ll find that out at Bash At The Beach, when we are both Grace and Fabert in HUGE matches, but fans don’t go anywhere. FADE IN.

    INT. CONFERENCE ROOM, AEW HEADQUARTERS.

We see a long table, as there are 10 large male security guards standing across the wall and Jim Ross sits at the head of the table with a microphone. There is a placard on the right side of the table reading “RHODES” while a placard on the left reads “VILLAIN”. The door opens, and in walks The American Nightmare! Cody Rhodes, wearing a salmon suit, walks around the table and takes a seat in front of his last name.

FLASH THROUGH - 15 MINUTES LATER

The door once again opens, as Marty Scurll calmly steps into view. Wearing an armani suit and his signature sunglasses, The Villain takes his seat. Rhodes stares intensely at his former friend, while Marty’s poker face is hard to read. JR sits forward, motioning to each man as he begins to speak.

    - JIM ROSS. Well, gentlemen, I’d like to thank you very much for your presence and for your professionalism in signing this huge match.

    - CODY RHODES. (Through clenched teeth.) It’s a pleasure to be here with such a legend in the industry, Jim.

Ross nods in appreciation before looking over to Marty for a response. Marty Scurll doesn’t react whatsoever, still remaining silent.

    - JIM ROSS. Well, (clearing throat) getting to the matter at hand here. This match will be a very personal matter, as The Elite will select three members of their group to battle the newly formed group of PCO, Brody King, and Marty Scurll known collectively as Villain Enterprises. Mr. Scurll, you were seemingly a close friend of all members of The Elite while in the group yourself, do you care to give a response?

Cody perks up, interested, but Marty again doesn’t react. Ross waits a moment, recognizing he’s likely not going to get anything out of Marty during this signing.

    - JIM ROSS. Alright then, Cody. What made The Elite select the members that they have for this match?

    - CODY RHODES. Well, Jim… It’s quite simple, really. We’re the three who are the closest to this situation. (Staring into Scurll’s sunglasses.) Since Marty has decided to throw this little tantrum, for reasons we still don’t know by the way, he’s decided that I’m his prime target for some reason. The guy who supported him the entire time I’ve been associated with him, the guy who got him a match against Okada on pay-per view, the guy who inked the deal to bring him into this company… Apparently I’ve wronged him to the point he feels I deserve this.

    - JIM ROSS. And the Young Bucks?

    - CODY RHODES. They’ve known Marty since the beginning. They brought him into the Bullet Club, and they immediately made sure to have him on The Elite side during the splintering of the group. They try not to show it, Jim, but they’ve taken this to heart. (Turning cold in his delivery.) They believed that they had a true friend they could trust… But I guess you should never trust a Villain to have morals.

An uncomfortable silence crosses for a second. Marty shifts in his seat, resting his jaw on his hand as if he were slightly bored.

    - JIM ROSS. Well… The match rules themselves, outlined in the contract you are about to sign go as follows; it will be contested to one fall with a thirty minute time limit. Ways to win are as follows; pinfall, submission, referee stoppage, disqualification, or count out. The referee assigned to this bout is veteran official Rick Knox, and each team has been allowed one person in their corner. As it currently stands, Villain Enterprises have selected PCO’s Doctor, Destro, while The Elite have selected Cody’s wife, Brandi Rhodes. These seconds are subject to change until 24 hours before Bash At The Beach begins. Do either of you gentlemen have any questions surrounding these rules?

Cody shakes his head, motioning for Jim to go on. Marty checks his watch. Ross clears his throat once more.

    - JIM ROSS. Well then, all there’s left to do is to sign the contract. You may say whatever you like to one another, but remember that any physical contact between you two will have the potential to put this match in jeopardy, as well as possible punishment for your behavior. And with that…

Jim places the contract in the center of the table, putting a pen in front of either man. Cody maintains his stare at Marty, who seems to still be unphased by this whole situation. There is silence for a moment, before Cody quickly stands up! Three guards quickly step forward, but JR tells them to wait. Cody calmly reaches forward, grabbing the contract. He sits back down, pen in hand. Rhodes looks at the paper for a second before sitting back, once again looking at The Villain.

    - CODY RHODES. Marty… We just want to know why. This is ridiculous, and you know it. We’re your friends… But if you think this is what you need to do to “prove yourself” or something, be my guest.

Cody clicks the pen, signing the contract. He stands up, getting ready to leave as he slides the contract across the table. He turns for the door but waits for a second.

    - CODY RHODES. Do me a favor, though. Don’t think I’m going into this match as your friend. You crossed a line when someone put their hands on Brandi, and you are going to have a price to pay. At Bash At The Beach… I’m going to kick the shit out of you, Marty.

Rhodes steps out of the door, wiping at his face, as Scurll grabs the pen. Marty takes off his sunglasses, and we can finally look into the cold eyes of The Villain. He stares at Jim Ross before motioning for Jim to take Cody’s seat. Confused for a moment, Ross obliges and sits across the table from Marty Scurll. Scurll motions for Ross to go ahead, and Jim takes his chance. Ross calls off the security guards, who leave. The room remains The Villain Marty Scurll staring into the eyes of Good ‘Ol J.R.

    - JIM ROSS. Well, now that we have some privacy, would you like to break your silence?

    Marty pauses but nods.

    - JIM ROSS. Why did you form Villain Enterprises and why are you out to get your friends?

Marty chuckles for a moment, seeming taken aback by the forwardness of the question. Scurll takes his time, but the Brit pierces the silence.

    - MARTY SCURLL. (Almost indignant) This…(Vaguely motioning around the room.) Is just business.

    - JIM ROSS. Would you care to elaborate?

    - MARTY SCURLL. I want you to look at members of The Elite, Jim. Truly, look at them, and what they’ve done to what they do now. We all ran All In together, making professional wrestling history that would lead here to All Elite Wrestling. It’s simply a fact; we made this place what it was out of a combination of sheer stubbornness and talent. And when someone came to cash in on this genius plot, who were the ones that reaped each and every benefit?

    - JIM ROSS. I’m unsure what you mean -

    - MARTY SCURLL. THE ELITE! (Regains his composure.) Pay attention, for God’s sake, Jim. The Elite have prospered more than anyone - Cody Rhodes is now an Executive Vice President that gets to play dress up and go to board meetings, becoming the antithesis of what it used to mean to be a Rhodes. Growing up, I idolized his family because being a Rhodes was about being kind to your neighbor and working against the man through your hardships; give hope to the common man. Cody took his ticket out of that lifestyle as soon as he saw a good enough cheque… Naturally.

Marty shifts in his seat, now counting on his fingers.

    - MARTY SCURLL. The Young Bucks are ALSO Executive Vice Presidents, who have been referred to as the Best Tag Team In The World by many people, yourself included, despite them not being tag team champions - in any company. That’s a far cry from the collection of belts they’ve had over the last few years and yet, you claim them to be the best tag team in the world. Now, I don’t want to get in the way of everybody licking the bosses boots, but I don’t appreciate people overlooking talent like Chris Sabin and KUSHIDA that way.

    - JIM ROSS. (Confused for a moment.) Well, uh, Time Machine, yes our tag team champions have the top prize in the company and I think them versus the Young Bucks could draw a lot -

    - MARTY SCURLL. (Disgusted.) Enough. I’ve dealt with everyone asking why for weeks, I’m finally telling you and you want to defend yourself? Either I speak or I walk, which is it going to be, Jim?

Ross motions for Scurll to continue.

    - MARTY SCURLL. Kenny… Omega… Seen as a savant of wrestling, he’s ALSO an Executive Vice President, and he will be facing one of the most iconic wrestlers of the last 25 years, Chris Jericho live on pay-per view. Kenny is someone that I have tried in the past to work with to expand both myself and his skill sets, and I have been constantly disrespected by him. I’ve sided against him before and honestly that should be the least shocking of all of them.

Scurll pauses for a second before going on.

    - MARTY SCURLL. Last but not least, Hangman Page… Adam and I were very close, and leading up to the announcements for Double or Nothing, I got very close to Page. I thought we would have the same struggles. Instead, we hear Cody and The Young Bucks tout that Hangman Page is the future of professional wrestling, which to be fair I believe too. The difference though, is when they say it, Hangman Page gets the chance to be the first ever AEW Champion. He doesn’t get an EVP title, that’s true, but he had the chance to make history and got to main event the first ever show under the AEW banner. Win or lose, that’s something that can never be taken away from him, and it’s a sign that this company is already fully behind him as someone who can make a lot of money for them in the future. I agree he can, but that’s the future. I deserved that spot, and I would be the champion right now were I to have it.

Marty taps his fingers on the table as he continues, seeming to hold back further frustrations.

    - MARTY SCURLL. But myself?! The man who made major headlines merely by joining them in Bullet Club? Someone who’s been in the group even longer than Cody? … I’m barely promoted. Put in Prelims, almost ignored, to the point that people expected me to be the one to go against David Arquette at Double or Nothing… I ALREADY HAVE A CONTRACT! (Pause, taking a deep breath.) It was a great disrespect, to give me so much less than I deserved when The Elite chose to give themselves so much more.

Marty reaches into his suit jacket pocket. He pulls out a picture of all The Elite members after All In.

    - MARTY SCURLL. I figured… If I couldn’t have a position I deserved within this company, for putting just as much into it as they did… I’d make my own. Villain Enterprises is, effectively, it’s own corporation that deals internationally in trained fighters. Brody King, a monster of a man from America who specializes in his striking and lucha, is a deceptively swift fighter. PCO is someone who I’m honestly not certain if he’s man or man-made, which Destro makes me question further every day - the reason being his unmatched pain tolerance. Destro regularly tests his limits using charges from car batteries, having PCO throw strikes while on being lit on fire, and yet PCO always seems to be able to charge back up… Myself, well, A True Villain should always be positioned at the top if you want success. Don’t get me wrong… I don’t want to break down AEW. Quite the opposite… I actually quite like what they’ve done with the place… But I want it. I want to mould it into my own image, as Villain Enterprises wipes The Elite and then takes the championships, the fame, and most importantly, the respect I deserve.

Marty stands up, seeming ready to leave as he puts his sunglasses back on. He pauses, once again reaching into his pocket with one hand as he picks up the photo again with the other.

    - MARTY SCURLL. Oh! And Jim… You called The Elite my friends, but I’m terribly sorry to inform you...

Scurll reveals a zippo lighter in his hand, as he sparks a flame. He lights the photo from All In on fire turning it to the camera, the members of the Elite contorting and deforming as it burns.

    - MARTY SCURLL. All my friends are dead.

    Scurll walks off.

    Tenille Dashwood vs. Leva Bates

We come back and Leva Bates is already in the ring, wearing a cosplay of Buzz Lightyear from the new Toy Story 4 film. As Tenille Dashwood came down to the ring, the crowd gave a mix reaction. A replay was shown of her attacking Hikaru Shida and threatening Danielle Moinet backstage. Dashwood debuted new gear, black with teal and pink accents.

Dashwood quickly took it to Leva, dropping Bates near immediately and pouncing. Dashwood would target the neck, slamming the head of Bates Lightyear into the turnbuckle and the ground. As commentary highlighted Dashwood being far more aggressive in AEW than anywhere we’ve seen her, Dashwood would emphasize this point by landing a stiff forearm into the chin of her opponent.

Bates fell like a sack of bricks, as Dashwood wasted no time. Tenille turned Leva onto her stomach, while hooking up the legs. Dashwood took a moment to take in the crowd, who now was largely booing. Dashwood bridged back, grabbing the neck and wrenching away on the DashLock! Dashwood stomped away furiously, damn near ripping Leva’s head off as Bates tapped out.

FADE ON - THE CHAIN BY TOOTHGRINDER

The men walk down the stairs, opening the door, as we see a personal gym. A ring stands in the center of the ring, as banners show historic wrestling moments and stars from years past including wrestlers from Smokey Mountain, the NWA, Mid-South, etc. The two biggest posters include the Rock ‘N Roll Express and The Four Horsemen standing in the 80’s, championships adorned over the legends.

“Listen to the wind blow, watch the sunrise…”

Both figures walk over to what appears to be a trophy… Pile? There’s not much of a better way to describe it. There stands a trophy case, full with medals and standing trophies, as a basket full of excess prizes sits next to it. We have no sound on the video other than the music, but the first figure turns back to the other, seemingly asking where to put the new prize.

“Running in the shadows, damn your love, damn your lies. “

Both men shrug, throwing the new “trophy” on the pile. They walk down the building, stopping as we flash through some shots of the gym.

“And if you don’t love me now, then you’ll never love me again…”

Both men come together next to the ring, as they realize they have a letter on the ring apron waiting for them.

“I can still hear you saying you would never break the chain…”

They put the letter down, once again leaving the gym. As the camera shows the silhouettes of the men leaving, we see that the letter had All Elite Wrestling letterhead on the top of it...

    Pentagon Zero vs. Rey Fenix

Pentagon Zero made his entrance first, to a largely positive reaction from the crowd. Wearing black and white, what is becoming an iconic look for Pentagon, the cold and calculating luchador looks uncertain for the first time that we’ve seen him. Michael Schiavello educated the fans at home that Pentagon Zero and Rey Fenix have battled each other only 13 times in singles competition throughout both men’s careers, and the current record stands 7 wins Pentagon, 6 wins Fenix. Out next, Rey Fenix, number 1 contender to the All Elite Wrestling Championship made his entrance wearing an extravagant gold and white ensemble. Both men received huge cheers, with a battling chant of “Ce-ro Mie-do!” for Pentagon and “A-ni-mo!” for Fenix.

Both men gave their all to this contest, though Pentagon struck right away. Clearly putting the stakes of the match over their relationship, Pentagon went to work, brutally trying to pick his brother apart when Fenix is so close to challenging for the world title. As Pentagon used the strikes to weaken Fenix, the aerial prowess and balance that Rey Fenix had made for a spectacular comeback. Fenix would counter a superplex attempt, sending Pentagon Zero to the floor on the outside, as Rey Fenix leapt from the middle ropes in the corner, to both feet on either side of the ropes straddling, UP TO THE TOP - SPRINGBOARD MOONSAULT FROM INSIDE TO OUT! As Fenix used this moment to pick up steam, the crowd fully banded behind Rey Fenix to try and will the #1 Contender to overcome the odds. Rey Fenix’s heart and will would allow him to continue to kick out time and again, in what is effectively a deeply personal sparring match; Pentagon has nothing to lose while Fenix could potentially lose his title shot if he is unable to compete at Bash At The Beach. This fact could be what ended the match, as a hesitation from Pentagon Zero to sacrifice the arm of his brother led to Fenix getting free and landing a brutal combination of kicks to the face of his older brother!

Pentagon fell into the corner looking for any refuge. Fenix, however, wasted no time. Running in, Fenix sprung off the middle rope and landed a spinning heel kick onto the jaw! Rey lifted Zero up onto his shoulders in a fireman’s carry - Samoan Driver got a quick two count! With all the energy left in him, Rey Fenix swiftly ascended the ropes, looking down as Pentagon reached out to try and get up - REY LEAPED AND DROVE BOTH KNEES INTO THE CHEST! GARRA DEL FENIX! Hook of the legs, 1...2...3!

    WINNER!
    Spoiler:

Rey Fenix (Pinfall w/ Garra Del Fenix in 16:34)

As Rey Fenix gasps for air, Pentagon Zero also slowly makes his way back to his feet. Both men look to each other - before coming in for an embrace!

    - SARAH JOY SHOCKEY. The code of family being adhered to - no hard feelings between brothers!

    - MICHAEL SCHIAVELLO. Both men went into tonight prepared for war, and the man that comes out on top -

Schiavello quickly grows hushed, as he notices a figure on the stage -

    It’s PAC!

The All Elite Wrestling Champion stands on the stage in full gear, with his championship around his waist. Fenix notices, daring PAC to get down to the ring. PAC instead dares Fenix to come to him! Fenix shrugs, leaving the ring and heading toward the stage! As PAC dares him to come on, two more figures slide into the ring?! Wait, that’s -

It’s Shane Strickland and Jeff Cobb!

The makeshift tag team from our opening contest slid into the ring, both men beating away on the hurt Pentagon Zero! Strickland lands a stiff kick to the chin, as Jeff Cobb catches him in his arms. At this point, Rey Fenix turns back to the ring and notices what’s happening! Fenix is able to rush back, and get into the ring just as Jeff Cobb lands his finisher - The Tour of the Islands! Cobb and Strickland both exist the ring, avoiding the wrath of Rey Fenix. Both men exist through the crowd, as the last shot the fans see of Dynamite is a split screen shot. On the left, we see PAC taunting his challenger from the comfort of the stage, while on the right we see the challenger tending to his hurt brother. How will this affect Dynamite next week, Bash At The Beach, and All Elite Wrestling as a whole?!

Post-Show Press Conference Highlights on YouTube:
(Available for On Demand Streaming In Full and Uncensored on AEW’s Website)

Jeff Cobb and Jay Lethal Panel:
Instead of Cobb and Lethal as planned, only Jeff Cobb was in attendance for this press conference. When asked about his allegiance with Shane Strickland, Cobb states that he isn’t, and doesn’t plan to become, a tag team wrestler. Cobb stated that tonight was about sending a message, and he believes that the message has been heard loud and clear. Whatever management wants to do about it, he doesn’t care, as he was “just following orders.” When asked about who’s orders he was following, Cobb abruptly ended the press conference, saying he had to go workout and that his phone was “probably blowing up” after he did what he had to do.

    David Starr Panel:
David Starr was over the top in his self praise, claiming that nobody in AEW was on the hot streak he was on. David stated that his win tonight over Ibushi was “obvious to everybody paying attention” as he went on to call himself the fastest rising star in professional wrestling. He would go on to say that as the best independent wrestler in the world, he would be bringing the best styles from all corners of the globe to AEW to do the two things he does best; winning and pissing off right-wing, corporate ass kissers. He ends the panel with a direct message to AEW President, Tony Khan, saying that he better be on Khan’s radar after tonight because, “David Starr is coming for everything under the sun… And no, I won’t sign an exclusive contract.”
    Becky Knox Panel:
Becky came in full of piss and vinegar, despite winning earlier tonight. Knox gave an impassioned speech about her upcoming pay-per view match, and on RevolutionFC as a whole (including new member Mercedes Martinez). Becky would say that she has battled the odds for her entire career, and that this is no different for her. After Bash At The Beach, Becky said that Jazzy would be needing a sling, but check bulk sales - because she will take the arm of each and every member of RevolutionFC if she has to. When asked about Jordynne Grace, who could possibly leave Bash At The Beach as the AEW Women’s Champion, Knox would chuckle a bit. She frankly stated that she doesn’t care who wins the women’s title match. According to Becky Knox, the fans at home all know who the best woman on the face of the planet is, and that when she’s done dealing with “Juicey” at BaTB, that Becky will (said while staring at the lack of gold over her shoulder) right a very important wrong in AEW.
    Tenille Dashwood Panel:
Tenille sandbagged a question about her “new attitude,” saying that this attitude is far from new. She would say that everybody knows Tenille as the girl who was way in over her head, and who got the right attitude just as she started to fall out of the public eye. Dashwood claims that her actions against Hikaru Shida, and tonight against Leva Bates, were proof that she is no longer all talk. Threatening violence didn’t get her any further ahead, so Dashwood went a step further. She says that now, she’s more dangerous than ever and still at the top of her game; she’s got all that it takes to be the top influence on the women’s division. She said that she’s dead set on AEW being the place that she does the one thing that has eluded her career as of yet; AEW is where she becomes a world champion.
As a competitor in the main event, Pentagon Zero was scheduled to have his own press conference panel as well. However, after the post-match assault, the panel was cancelled due to a combination of concern for Pentagon’s health, as well as worry that the attackers may once again attempt to make their presence felt. AEW apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
    Rey Fenix Panel:
Speaking through a translator, Fenix was flushed with emotions during his panel. He dismissed claims that PAC refused involvement with Strickland and Cobb’s actions, calling PAC a liar and a snake. He says that they can hurt himself or Pentagon, but nobody can keep them down. Rey Fenix throws out the challenge for a tag team match next week, assuming Pentagon Zero is able to get cleared in time. As far as his performance tonight, Rey Fenix was proud. Happy to even up the score, so now Pentagon Zero and Fenix are 7-7 all time in singles action, joking that it would be a while until that tie-breaker comes, if ever. A reporter asked his opinion on PAC defending his Dragon Gate Championship this upcoming Sunday, to which Rey Fenix said he would be watching intently. PAC hasn’t been pinned or submitted in over 21 months, and the result of that match could very greatly affect how Fenix gameplans for their match against each other in Daily’s Place. Rey Fenix says that tonight, Pentagon Zero gave him everything he had to prove that Fenix would have to overcome absolutely everything to become the world champion, and Fenix proved that he could handle it. Rey ended the panel by saying that he was more than ready for Bash At The Beach, and that PAC should be far more afraid of Rey Fenix than he has been so far. As he was leaving, Rey Fenix asked who would be PAC’s opponent for next week’s main event, to which Fenix coyly replied, “After Dragon Gate…”

Re: All Elite Wrestling: A Global Revolution

Have literally just read through your entire BTB in one go man. At first I was a tad dissmissive with the opening post that this might just be a dream roster. Yet overtime you have fully convinced me on your roster. Your booking thus far has been fantastic and I find myself genuinely hooked on what I'm reading. As for the layout of what you are doing, your shows hands down have some of the best layout I think I've ever seen from this section. Very excited to read your Bash at the Beach pay per view as so far the card looks fantastic. In closing I also want to applaud you on the pairing of Joel Gertner and David Starr. That is just purely a thing of beauty. Keep up the good work mate, can't wait to see what you do next!

    Wrestling News Round Up

Lucha Underground fans should keep their ears and eyes open in the wrestling world. Sources are currently uncertain to who they sold, but it is confirmed that the rights to all the footage and characters has been sold by El Rey Network. Seen as an overall failure for the network, yet a cult favorite among the wrestling community, the show lasted 4 seasons, with Jake Hager being the final champion. The show was available for streaming on Tubi until this past Wednesday, so many are led to believe that it may soon pop up on some form of streaming service. The prevailing thought is that it would go onto Impact+ due to the close ties Impact had with Lucha Underground in its' final days, as well as adopting some parts of LU's storytelling tactics. Either way, this purchase is reported to include copyrights to all characters so [speaking absolutely hypothetically] - if WWE purchased the rights, Ricochet could show up on RAW as Prince Puma, if AEW purchased the rights, Jeff Cobb could become Matanza, so on and so forth What will be interesting is who the buyer was and what it will lead to, if anything for a company that used such unique characters and storytelling styles.

All Elite Wrestling's television show Dynamite is rumored to be moving it's time slot. With a viewership averaging in 750k per week since its' start, with a minute drop, TNT executives are over the top with how AEW has been performing. More than doubling the expected viewership for its' time slot, day of air, and freshness of product, AEW seems to have shattered expectations that corporate had laid out for them viewership wise. Many behind the scenes cite the luck of having big name stars like Jon Moxley and La Sombra become available from WWE, but perhaps the biggest game changer is Becky Knox. Having the highest rated segments on Dynamite every time she airs, Becky Knox is the clear draw for AEW at the moment, with Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, and Chris Jericho close behind her in ratings. The thought is that TNT wants to move Dynamite to a better TV slot, as there is said to be a clause in the contract that TNT could move the show's slot if it performs over/under a certain agreed upon ranking. If this is true, and AEW is brought to prime time, it would likely have to move days to avoid conflict with the NBA. It may hurt the viewership of a show so new in airing to change days, but to have a prime time air time may benefit them in the long run. This is also assuming that there is not more to the contract that could aid the show in ratings, such as adding another half hour. If Dynamite made those changes, it could rock the boat a bit in the short term for viewership and ratings, but if the timing is done well and promoted correctly it could be worth the move.

PAC, All Elite Wrestling Champion, lost the Dragon Gate Open The Dream Gate title at Kobe World on Saturday. This is the first pinfall loss in over 21 months suffered by PAC. Many had believed that AEW and Dragon Gate were going to come to an agreement to have PAC not get pinned, as he will be working solely AEW for the foreseeable future. However, it is said that PAC demanded to put over the new champion, BEN-K, as a thank you for welcoming him back with open arms. The match was a classic, rated by Dave Meltzer as 4.75 stars, and overall driving the subscription rate for Dragon Gate's streaming service up nearly 40%. Dragon Gate, doing English streaming for the first time ever and now will continue regularly, is seeing a large upturn in business, which is currently the trend overall for wrestling in Japan. Companies with young streaming services like All Japan, NOAH, Big Japan, and Sendai Girls are finding good footing. PAC helping Dragon Gate lead the charge of those companies at this point is part of what made Tony Khan have faith in him as the first All Elite Wrestling Champion. Going into a defense against Rey Fenix, it is uncertain who his Pick Your Poison opponent is yet. AEW's twitter stated that Fenix would announce it on 11:59 Monday Night, just as PAC did for Fenix. The Bash At The Beach buys have done well, with people believing that the card is very strong top to bottom. There is a slight rift backstage surrounding PAC/Rey Fenix, as some worry it hasn't been built up well enough to be the main event for the show. Others, however, are excited at the prospect that the match will be underestimated. The thought behind that is that Rey Fenix and PAC are two of the best wrestlers on the entire planet, and they're capable of a classic no matter where you put them - when you add characters as strong as that to a main event with a World Title on the line, it's going to deliver. PAC has yet to make any comment of any kind since suffering his loss, but he has been confirmed to be back in Philadelphia for Dynamite this week.

Japan Wrestling may have a large culture change. With WWE looking to find footholds in the country to create NXT Japan, multiple companies have been approached by them to be bought. Among the names met with are Pro Wrestling NOAH, Wrestle-1, STARDOM, and All Japan. STARDOM and Wrestle-1 seemed to be the only two with interest, as both are very hard on money and have been for a while. It is believed that both Keiji Mutoh and Rossy Ogawa wish not to give up their business and just envelope into another company's umbrella. Meaning, they wouldn't necessarily be opposed to running as a developmental territory, but they want to be able to operate as independently as possible and retain their own identities. Whether this becomes a block in the road or something that could be overcome for WWE, or if another company comes in with a better offer, or even if neither company makes any change and continues to operate as it, it is a story to watch as it could change the structure of wrestling in Japan the same way WWF took out the territories in America if not careful.

Christopher Daniels injury on Dynamite may be a work. Many believe that Daniels has been working a real injury for longer than it really was hurt to be used in story. Daniels really hurt his ankle at Double or Nothing, but the time frame for return was 4-10 weeks so he could potentially be ready. However, there are two AEW wrestlers that are definitely hurt; Darby Allin and Eli Drake. Allin suffered a stinger in a match at BAR Wrestling, and has to sit out a few weeks from action. This should not affect too much of his stories, as he is not the current focus of the VENOM storyline. Eli Drake suffered a knee injury at an NWA taping, and will need to sit out for a few weeks. NWA luckily taped the matches that Drake needed to do for the Crockett Cup for the first two rounds, and so it won't affect his standings in that aspect. However, now in AEW Drake will either need to be off-screen, or MJF's second wearing a knee brace.

NWA announced the last 8 teams to be in the Crockett Cup on Twitter this week. The final 8 teams are as follows:

Los Ingobernables [Rush y La Sombra] - Representing All Elite Wrestling

Best Friends [Chuck Taylor and Trent Baretta] - Representing All Elite Wrestling

Private Party [Isaiah Kassidy and Marq Quen] - Representing The Independents

A Boy And His Dinosaur [Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus] - Representing The Independents

Guerrillas of Destiny [Tama Tonga and Tanga Roa] - Representing New Japan Pro Wrestling

Alex Reynolds and John Silver - Representing The National Wrestling Alliance

Villain Enterprises [Brody King and PCO] - Representing All Elite Wrestling

Bear Country [Bear Beefcake and Bear Bronson] - Representing BEYOND Wrestling

This means that the Crockett Cup First Round Matches will be:

    Extra Talented vs. Villain Enterprises

Andrew Everett and Trevor Lee vs. Private Party

Santana and Ortiz vs. Alex Reynolds and John Silver

Maxwell Jacob Friedman and Eli Drake vs. A Boy And His Dinosaur

The Von Erichs vs. Guerrillas of Destiny

    The Briscoes vs. Best Friends

The Yolo Twins vs. Los Ingobernables

Tim Storm and Jocephus vs. Bear Country

    Really enjoying this dude!

Some interesting tad bits from the news roundup as well.

Assume it will be revealed that AEW have purchased the LU rights and that could be interesting for sure.

Love the look at that Crockett Cup! good match ups, and some exiting teams.

    Keep it up mate!

    DARK ROOM, UNKNOWN BUILDING

We see smoke billow through a dark room, uncertain of how big the room really is. We hear footsteps slowly make their way across the stone floor. Black boots walk past the camera, as it pans up. We notice we are in some kind of cellar, with many tall structures tarped off. The steps continue, as a man in a hoodie keeps walking down between the rows and rows of tarped off structures. The man stops at the end, grabbing the base of one of the tarps before yanking off! This reveals that the structures are really trophy cases - filled with masks? The man removes his hood, turning to the camera to reveal -

    It’s Pentagon Zero!

Pentagon speaks in Spanish, as subtitles appear below him. He walks past the trophy case, examining the masks as he speaks.

    - PENTAGON ZERO. (Subtitled.) As I fight… I collect… Trophies.

Pentagon stops at a black and white mask, with a photo of Vampiro. We hear the voiceover flashback of Vampiro and Striker screaming -

VAMPIRO. (Voice Over.) FUCKING BREAK IT! BREAK IT!

MATT STRIKER. (Voice Over.) PENTAGON BREAKING THE ARM OF HIS MASTER!

Pentagon keeps walking, past masks with images of past victims.

    - PENTAGON ZERO. (Subtitled.) I am the most dangerous man walking the Earth because I don’t let myself be afraid of the people’s reputations.

Pentagon Zero once again stops at a mask, this time the photo of Kazuchika Okada. We hear the commentary of Excalibur and Chael Sonnen -

CHAEL SONNEN. (Voice Over.) HE’S GOT THE ARM TRAPPED, PENTAGON TRAPPED THE ARM!

EXCALIBUR. (Voice Over.) THE RAINMAKER’S GOLDEN ARM SHALL NOW ADORN THE TROPHY CASE OF PENTAGON ZERO!

Pentagon Zero stops. He looks at the end of the trophy case, the single unmasked mannequin sits there alongside an empty picture frame. Pentagon turns to the camera, with the mannequin just over his shoulder.

    - PENTAGON ZERO. (Subtitled.) Jeff Cobb. Shane Strickland. You both made enemies out of myself and my brother on Dynamite… You will pay for this when you least expect it. The only thing that’s up for debate… Is who comes first. Because I am Pentagon Zero! Y CERO MIEDO!

    INT. SOUND STUDIO

We see Kenny Omega sitting in a chair, being interviewed as highlights from his in-ring action playing during his answers.

    - KENNY OMEGA. Chris Jericho, this match as a whole, is so important for me as a wrestler. You can go through the past and see my history; you can see the things that I’ve done in the past as a mark of talent. I’ve proven all over the world that I can do this at the top level, against people of any level.

We see shots of Kenny Omega going to war against Hiroshi Tanahashi, Jay White, and Tetsuya Naito in New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

    - KENNY OMEGA. This is going to be the match that cements me worldwide. People will stop talking about Kenny Omega as the guy who was big overseas, or the guy that has classic matches somewhere else. People will finally talk about me as the guy at the top of his game and the top of this industry.

We see footage of Chris Jericho getting a win against Kota Ibushi at Double or Nothing.

    - KENNY OMEGA. Ibushi put up a very good fight… He has nothing to be ashamed of… But I’m not Kota Ibushi. Chris, if you’re expecting to go in there and have the same result as Double or Nothing, you’re kidding yourself. You know as well as anybody else that I am in a league all on my own… (Chuckles.) Or did you already forget that I beat you the first time?

We see footage of AlphaXOmega in NJPW, as Kenny Omega got the three count over Jericho.

    - KENNY OMEGA. See, Chris, I used to look up to you. You were a hometown hero who made it big in America, and part of what inspired me to make it big in Japan. But now? I know you’re just an insecure asshole who’s addicted to the spotlight. (Laughs to himself.) When’s the last time you were world champion, Chris? It’s been, what, 8 years? For me, it’s been 6 months. At Bash At The Beach, you’re going to get the best wrestler in the world in the best shape of his life, and this challenge is going to bite Chris Jericho in the ass.

We see highlights of Kenny and Jericho brawling, leading to one final question.

CAMERA MAN. What happens if you lose to Chris Jericho at Bash At The Beach?

Kenny chuckles for a second, but starts to seriously ponder the question.

    - KENNY OMEGA. You win and you lose in this business. I’ve made it clear that whether I win or lose, my biggest goal is to have the match that everybody talks about the next day. They don’t call me Best Bout Machine because it’s just some catchy phrase… But if I don’t beat Chris Jericho? (Beat.) I really don’t know what would be next for me then.

Kenny stands up, and does his signature finger gun to the camera.

INT. DARK ROOM, FIVE LARGE THRONES POSITIONED AROUND THE CAMERA IN SHADOWS

A purple smoke slowly fills the room as a cryptic ambiance is felt. A slow pan shows all five thrones have someone seated in them, with each having its own distinct appearance. We hear a voice move through the silence like a sirens’ song, slow and velvety as it speaks, the camera stopping on the throne to the far left.

?. In battles of good versus evil… There’s a reason some fall prey to the temptations of the darkness.

    LIGHTS UP - THRONE 1

We see, sitting on a black and gold throne, Priscilla Kelly, a sly smile across her face. She winks and blows a kiss, as the camera turns to the next throne. The next voice, a bit more brash with a bit of bass to it.

?. In battles of good versus evil… You get to have more fun when you play by your own rules.

    LIGHTS UP - THRONE 2

A cackle is heard, as the bright green hair matches the spiked green throne of Shotzi Blackheart. A crazed smile crosses the face of VENOM’s chief of arms, as her spiked helmet sits on the armrest with her. The camera turns to the throne on the far right, no voice coming out. We hear a low growl, an almost gurgling sound.

    LIGHTS UP - THRONE 5

Shocked by the light it seems, with a hand hanging out of her mouth we see “The Queen Zombie” Maho Kurone sitting on a throne made of bones. A skull at the end of each arm rest, Maho takes the hand out of her mouth, letting out a pained screech at the camera before it quickly pans to the throne to the left. A male voice speaks this time.

?. In battles of good versus evil… People act like there’s really a difference between the two, other than perspective.

    LIGHTS UP - THRONE 4

We see Darby Allin, sitting in all black, a torn shirt with his skateboard over his shoulder. A cold, unmoving look stays on his face as his non-painted half fades in and out of existence. The camera pans back, showing all four lit up thrones for a moment.

    BLACK OUT.

    LIGHTS UP - CENTER THRONE

Seated upon a throne of purple, green, and gold, we see the leader of this dark carnival of outcasts; Victoria Varon. Adorned in an elegant black bodysuit, looking almost regal, Varon motions for the camera to come close. It punches in, and the stare of Victoria is unbroken.

    - VICTORIA VARON. Rosemary… You want this war so badly, claiming that I am “stealing” some kind of power. (Chuckles.) Honey, you’ve been in this for far too long to still believe anybody owns the power that I have.

Victoria raises a hand into frame, a tarantula slowly making its way onto her hand. As she continues speaking, the spider moves around her hand, Varon continues turning her hand so that the tarantula remains atop her hand and in frame.

    - VICTORIA VARON. The powers that I display are very much my own, Rosemary. I earned them fair and square… Unlike that Bunny of yours, who we both know has had far more than her fair share of looking into others’ dark power… But VENOM doesn’t have any ill will with you, Rosemary. Not yet. Our business is with Mayu Iwatani.

Varon swiftly moves her empty hand over the one with a tarantula in it - and the tarantula is no longer there - completely gone, the spider vanished! Victoria shifts her tone, from that of playful and warning to now deadly serious.

    - VICTORIA VARON. Mayu intrigues us… And I treat my own very… Very well. It doesn’t have to be violent, Mayu, but we want you to be here with us. We want Mayu to look into the other side for once - a girl with such a bright soul and beautiful spirit…

Varon’s face grows a twisted smile.

    - VICTORIA VARON. It’d make a great addition to my collection.

    FADE OUT.

    FADE IN.

EXT. - AARON SOLOW’S HOME IN SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA.

We see Aaron Solow returning home from a jog. He gets to his mailbox, removing his headphones. As Solow sifts through his mail, he sees a note that looks familiar. WIth no return address or information on it other than the message, Solow once again finds a letter handwritten for him. We see over his shoulder and can see it says -

“Aaron, have faith. You are on the right path. We shall meet soon. Find Malachi.”

Solow looks over his shoulders, trying to see if anybody was watching him. Clearly uncomfortable by this message, Aaron shoves the note in his pocket, grabbing the rest of his mail as he hurries back into the house.

    FADE OUT.

    FADE IN.

    INT. AEW SOUND STAGE

We see Maxwell Jacob Friedman standing by with a microphone, wearing a suit and his signature burberry scarf.

    - MAXWELL JACOB FRIEDMAN. Well, well, well, look what we have here! I gotta come in on a beautiful day that I could be going out with a supermodel or tanning on the beach, to tell people what they already know. For those who are deaf, dumb, blind, poor, or just living under a rock, my name is Maxwell Jacob Friedman and I am the fastest rising star in professional wrestling today. At Bash At The Beach, I am going to go one on one with Willie Mack for the NWA’s National Heavyweight Championship and honestly? It’s about damn time that a company as prestigious as the NWA get’s their god damned heads on straight and gives a title shot to the best star that they’ve ever seen. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it makes perfect sense. They didn’t want somebody who was only 21, only doing this 2 years, to make all the legends of yesteryear look like complete and utter garbage. You go through the names, you see the Buddy Landel’s and the Jackie Fargo’s to the Ric Flair’s and you see some greats… But you see Maxwell Jacob Friend and holy shit THERE is a superstar! Finally giving the chance to the 23 year old veteran, NWA is going to learn what a true champion looks like, acts like, and how much money they draw. Don’t take it personally, tubby, you’re just the guy I’ve gotta knock down to take what I deserve because I am BETTER THAN YOU… And you know it!

MJF tosses the microphone off camera, loudly complaining for a coffee as we fade away.

    HIGHLIGHTS - BECKY KNOX TRAINING

We hear “The Man” Becky Knox speaking as she trains in preparation for her big match with Jazzy Gabert at Bash At The Beach.

    - BECKY KNOX. Y’know, this is everything for me. This match, All Elite Wrestling as a whole, I’m taking a massive risk on myself because I truly believe that I am the best wrestler in the world today. The fans have believed in me, and they still do, and I’m not gonna forgive myself if I prove them wrong - because I know they aren’t wrong.

We see Becky’s in-ring career so far, as well as her training with sparring partners.

    - BECKY KNOX. I wanna do it all here. I want to main event pay-per views, I want to bring in the crowds, I want to win the big matches. I know I can do it, all that I needed was to be able to be me. There’s nothing stopping me now, and I know that I can prove that I deserve everything I have. When I call myself The Man, I truly mean the sentiment. To be the man, you’ve gotta beat the man - and nobody can beat me when I’m just doing what works for me and what I know I’ve spent my entire year training to do. I’ve said it for years, and I’ll keep saying it - Give me a shot and I’ll prove myself. Bash At The Beach, right now, is that shot for me. I’ll make it count, and then I move onto what’s next; becoming the worlds’ champion.

We see Becky Knox standing tall, staring directly into the camera as we fade out.

    INT. DOJO WITH RING

We see a hooded figure being beaten down on, stiff strike after strike as they try to stand. A man is heard shouting in Japanese as both men stop. The hooded man looks up, and we see the mask of Andy Wu. The camera pans over, as we can now tell the yelling came from a frustrated Kenta Kobashi! They speak and we see subtitles of the translations.

    - KENTA KOBASHI. (Subtitled.) Wu… You're not doing as I said. If you try only to counter and not to make your own attacks, you won’t make it in professional wrestling. You don’t need to strike first, but strike. Like so.

Kobashi motions for the sparring partner to strike him, as the man looks nervous. The partner strikes Kobashi with a chop to the chest, who quickly transfers his weight to the back foot - LOUD CHOP FROM KOBASHI! The partner goes down and doesn’t get back up, clutching his chest in pain. Andy Wu looks to go check on him, but Kobashi holds him back.

    - KENTA KOBASHI. (Subtitled.) He’s fine. It’s what you both came here to learn, no? You came here to master your striking, but striking is more than counters. You can tire the opponent all you want, but if you want them to stay down you must first put them down. Do you understand?

    Andy Wu pauses, nodding.

    FLASH TO THE RING

We see a sparring session now, as Andy Wu goes for counter after counter, weaving in ducks and dodges in this striking session. Kobashi watches on, waiting. As Andy Wu dodges a wild right hand, Wu dives forwards into a handstand, landing a heel kick to the top of the head of his opponent! The sparring partner goes down, as Andy Wu bows. We hear clapping, and we turn to see Kenta Kobashi smiling at his student.

    EXT. LONG COUNTRY ROAD

We see a wide open road, suddenly though, an engine revs up. We see a car peeling down the road.

FADE IN MEXIKINGS BY KINGS KROSS

We see, over the horizon the car speeds by, as we cut to an aerial shot. We see the car is a red Chevrolet Chevelle with its top down. We get a glimpse of the man driving, who seems to be wearing a mask -

    CUT TO INSIDE THE CAR

We see the man driving to be none other than the number one contender for the world championship - Rey Fenix! We see Fenix drive, as the music behind him fades out. We hear the words of AEW Champion PAC ringing through a voiceover.

PAC. (Voice Over.) Rey… Fenix. You, and for some reason many of the All Elite Wrestling fans, have come to this conclusion that you will dethrone The Bastard King at Bash At The Beach.

Fenix speeds on, a look of anger and determination dancing across his eyes. We once again hear the AEW Champion’s voice ring out, as we see the speedometer rising higher and higher.

PAC. (Voice Over.) This fairy tale that you have written for yourself will not become a reality. No matter how much you wish to be a hero for your country that brings home the most prestigious championship in professional wrestling, this… is not… a fairy tale…

    HARD CUT.

We see Rey pulling up to a ranch, as he turns down the music and removes the keys from his ignition. The red and gold mask sparkles in the hot sun, as he gets out of the vehicle. We once again hear the voiceover of the man Fenix will challenge on July 28th.

PAC. (Voice Over.) No matter whether you say it in English, Spanish, or Mandarin, you are no Rey. You are no King - The only King that reigns in this company is THE BASTARD!

As we hear those last words, we hear a loud “YAH!” off screen. As Rey Fenix walks past his car, a smile crosses his face. As he walks, he speaks under his breath in Spanish, with subtitles at the bottom of the screen.

    - REY FENIX. (Subtitled.) PAC… You thought that you tricked me this past week by choosing my brother as my opponent… But you did me a great favor. One I wanted to thank you for.

Fenix keeps walking, moving down a dirt trail as he continues.

    - REY FENIX. (Subtitled.) Since we were children, Penta and I imagined wrestling each other on TV in front of the world. We imagined having everybody’s eyes on us, making our family and making Mexico proud just like I will do to you… (Chuckles.) You helped us settle unfinished business. I want to do the same this week.

Rey Fenix stops walking, as the camera pans up. We see a horse galloping on, with a rider wearing a black bandana over his face. As the horse stops, about 10 feet in front of Fenix, the man removes the bandana -

BASH AT THE BEACH LIVE ON PPV!
YOU CAN SKIP THIS IN 5…

    All Elite Wrestling Presents:
    Inside AEW
On-Demand On YouTube & B/R Live (Premieres at Noon EST)
Panel: Conrad Thompson, Danielle Moinet, Jim Ross and Taz
    Monday July 22nd, 2019

    BAD BOY SPEAKS OUT
As the show opened, the panel discussed the upcoming Death Match between Joey Janela and Jon Moxley. Jim Ross would go into depth about his knowledge of Jon Moxley, stating that he watched him grow in other companies and that while Ross may not be super familiar with Jon Moxley’s death matches, he knows how Moxley competes when he feels he has something to prove. Taz would speak up, with perhaps a unique insight into matches of this nature, to say that he is worried what could happen for AEW as a company. After studying tapes of both men, Taz believes that Janela is crazy enough to go until his body won’t allow him, and Moxley is sadistic enough to keep putting him down until it’s over. Taz says that, in his opinion, Janela can’t get his mind around trying to be “cute like he usually does” or trying to “out tough” Jon Moxley, Taz believes that if Janela is gonna stand a chance in hell, he needs to get Moxley on the back foot early and keep him there as if it were life or death.

MATCH PREVIEW: SCU (Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky) vs. Los Ingobernables De USA (Rush and SANADA)
The panel discusses a tag team match that will be upcoming for Dynamite, as the #1 Contender’s for the AEW Tag Team Championships, SCU, will battle the unit known as Los Ingobernables De USA. LOS USA are coming off a victory against the duo of Silas Young and Joe Doering, though that was the pairing of Rush and La Sombra. This will be the first time teaming together for Rush and SANADA as they are looking to get a victory here and perhaps insert themselves into the title picture leading to Bash At The Beach. On the flip side, SCU have the momentum and were last seen making a statement as they dropped the Tag Team Champions in emphatic fashion. With Christopher Daniels in the corner for SCU, and Marti Belle for LOS USA, this tag team match is sure to be a high impact encounter that you don’t want to miss!

    ALPHAxOMEGA II HEATING UP
The panel then went over the rivalry between Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, at this point spanning back almost a year. Jim Ross mentions that Chris Jericho is one of the most tenacious and elastic competitors he’s ever seen in Jericho’s ability to shift himself to any company so that he thrives, while Ross mentions that Kenny Omega is in new waters for the first time in a long time. Jericho has been making a career renaissance as his band continues to tour, and he makes completely new history for himself in both Japan and America, while Kenny Omega is stepping out of Japan full-time for the first time in years, to work for a company that does weekly television (which he has never done), and has to start from a spot where he isn’t considered the man to beat, which he has considered himself for years now. As the panel goes over their opinions of what will happen and how, they finish announcing that Chris Jericho will be on Dynamite this week to speak his mind about Kenny Omega mere days before their pay-per view encounter.

MATCH PREVIEW: Revolution FC (Mercedes Martinez and Reika Saiki) vs. Allysin Kay[c] and Becky Knox
Another huge tag team match that will be happening this week on Dynamite includes some huge prospects as Revolution FC sends forward Reika Saiki and new recruit Mercedes Martinez into the ring! This will be no simple task, however, as the other side of the ring features inaugural All Elite Wrestling Women’s Champion Allysin Kay and “The Man” Becky Knox. As Knox and Kay both are yet to taste defeat in AEW, their pay-per view opponents (Jordynne Grace and Jazzy Gabert respectively) will use Revolution FC’s other two members to test the training of Kay and Knox. The panel split on this match, as Danielle Moinet and Jim Ross agree that they feel Revolution FC being a unit will have them come out on top, while Taz and Conrad Thompson believe the power of both Knox and Kay will be too much for Reika and Martinez to overcome. One has to wonder as well, will Becky Knox be able to handle teaming with the champion, as she has made it clear she has no goals other than to become champion in AEW. Allysin Kay, potentially needing to keep her head on a swivel for her opponents and partner, will have the chance to prove that she is just as good as she claims to be.

    VENOM COURSING THROUGH AEW
A topic brought up by Danielle Moinet, the panel turned to the ever growing presence of VENOM over the AEW women’s locker room. With the target they have placed on Mayu Iwatani, VENOM seems to have some sort of plan in place to try and get her to join their group. However, somebody has stood up to help Mayu by the names of Rosemary and Allie. JR mentions that Victoria is one of the most dangerous women he’s ever seen when she gets truly unhinged, and that it may be within the best interests of Rosemary and Allie to mind their own business, even if it may not be the popular decision. Conrad mentions that Rosemary and Allie are both former champions in Impact Wrestling as well as other companies, and that Rosemary is no stranger to great wars. Danielle, though, raises an interesting point, in that she wants to know what Mayu will say in response to DEMONxBUNNY’s offer. It could be all well and good if Rosemary and Allie want to help, but if Mayu wants to go into this fight alone you have to wonder if her wishes would be respected.

MATCH PREVIEW: Pick Your Poison - Double or Nothing Rematch!
One of the biggest matches in AEW will be having a redux, as Rey Fenix has chosen Hangman Page to go one on one with PAC in the main event of Dynamite this past week! We have received word that this time, The Young Bucks will not be accompanying Page to the ring, and they played a big role in the last match between both men. PAC, coming in off his first loss in nearly 2 full years, will have to face off with the man who very nearly beat him at Double or Nothing a mere few days before he has to defend his championship at Bash At The Beach! Taz mentions Page talking about “Believing in Hangman,” saying that he worries about Page putting his energy in the wrong places; Hangman cannot worry about people believing in him more than he worries about finishing the job. Taz believes Page’s problem at Double or Nothing was that he couldn’t finish the job at the very end, but that Page was fighting from the top for most of the match. Ross, conversely, feels that these two are very even, but PAC stands out as the one that will take this contest for him as the stamina that PAC has combined with the chip on his shoulder to prove it wasn’t a fluke when he became the first ever champion. Who will come out on top in the main event of Dynamite, will Hangman ride high or will The Bastard King plant himself on his throne once again?!

Re: All Elite Wrestling: A Global Revolution

Just some things I wanted to hit on with this promo post.

I thought the Pentagon and Omega were pretty simple but in a good way. Pentagon is definitely built as your dangerous star here and hyping up the trophies is a smart story to work with. Kenny's gets across the importance of fighting with purpose and how important beating Jericho is to him.

I really liked the layout of the VENOM promo and slowly introducing each member with the light coming onto the throne. Really simple but comes off super badass to me. I like Victoria as the ring leader here and keeping the feud with Mayu fresh but reminding that Rosemary is right around the corner.

Definitely think you're really getting how an NWA partnership helps with bringing stars into AEW but also putting an essential belt on your wrestlers. We know what MJF is all about irl and I like the potential of NWA being used to build him up into this mega star with such a deep roster you have.

I'm not too familiar with Andy Wu but I always appreciate being introduced to new talent.

Hangman and PAC is a solid choice for pick your poison, I like that both PAC and Fenix's opponents were actually tough with some story behind them rather than some random choice who hasn't had a match in a few weeks.

Re: All Elite Wrestling: A Global Revolution

Couple of thoughts on the above dude.

Pentagon promo was really cool. I really liked the flashbacks and getting over the 'trophy hunter' gimmick was a nice touch.

Mixed feelings on the Omega promo. I liked his stance until the end where the reporter asked about what happens if he loses, and then he started talking about just having a good match? Seemed a little out of place. I'd have liked more of the cocky/arrogant Omega finishing with.. "I won't lose!" and then with the gun point, click, clack, good night! Just preference.

Loving VENOM! So cool man. I do like a dark faction and this is different and intriguing. Can't wait to see more.

No idea about the Solow segment, I'm not that familiar with him. Interested to see what the outcome is though.

Great promo with 'MJF' - Nailed the character perfectly. Really good match choice as well. Seeing Friedman doing his best Ric Flair impression with the gold around his shoulder would be pretty cool.

Decent enough promo for Becky Knox.

I don't know Andy Wu but excited to see what he's all about and how he fares now he's All Elite!

Nice promo for Fenix and I liked the unveil of the 'Hangman' - Should be good.

Your version of All Elite Wrestling is shaping up nicely, Ty! Enjoying it mate :D
