Tye Dillinger returned to action at a recent WWE Live Event and seems to have fully healed from his unfortunate hand injury. Great news, now kindly resume that promising Orton/Dillinger feud or something like that.

Dakota Kai has done her ACL, gonna be out for 6-9 months. Considering her ‘team kick’ partner is Tegan Nox that is some shitty luck.

Man that sucks for her. Felt like she was on the brink of quite a decent push on NXT or NXT UK in the next few months.

    Re: Ongoing WWE/TNA/Indy Injury Thread

PWInsider is reporting that Erick Rowan & Luke Harper of Bludgeon Bros/Wyatt Family/Rowan's kickass wind chimes theme fame are all healed up from their various injuries - Rowan's bicep tear & Harper's hand surgery.

Former WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Bludgeon Brothers have been cleared to return to WWE action and will be back on the road as soon as this Tuesday's Smackdown Live taping in Wichita, Kansas, PWInsider.com has confirmed.

Erick Rowan was at the WWE Performance Center earlier this week in Orlando, Florida, working towards being cleared from the bicep tear that required surgery in August 2018. He suffered the injury during the Bludgeon Brothers' bout against The New Day at Summerslam 2018. That led to the team dropping the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship to The New Day during a Smackdown Live broadcast several days later.

While the team was off TV, Luke Harper was seen sporting a cast on his left hand several months ago.

I'll keep them listed in the OP until I hear reports of them being in active competition, but this is wonderful news for fans of Harper - which is like 99% of us - and Rowan - which is like me and maybe three others.

    Re: Ongoing WWE/TNA/Indy Injury Thread

Chris Sabin and Flip Gordon both injured their knees at ROH tapings last week. I would rule out Sabin from being in BOSJ this year.

That's a bit of a blow to ROH because Gordon was one of the few popular guys on their show they'd been building up while Elite were on the way out.

Akam of AOP fame has, reportedly, injured his knee and underwent knee surgery this past week. Supposedly he - and Rezar by association - will be out of action for two months. Ooof. But maybe a brief time away will give AoP a soft reset and return without the cloud of Drake Maverick's urine hanging off them.

Hopefully this means Maverick will be with EC3 and I’d have AOP come back as Ambrose’s muscle..but hey I’m no booker

That would be the greatness thing ever to put Spud and EC3 back together since their days in Impact. Ambrose need muscles I can dig that as well, Booty needs to be full time GM for Raw please.

Update. Flip is hopefully going to be back in time for the MSG show in April. Sabin however is out for 8-12 months with a complete ACL tear.

Damn. Glad that it's not so bad news for Flip but sucks for Sabin. Been awhile since his last big injury.

As posted yesterday, Ember Moon requires elbow surgery and will be out for the foreseeable future.

On a lighter note, BIG RED ERICK ROWAN IS BACK . Praise the Vinter Gods.

    Re: Ongoing WWE/TNA/Indy Injury Thread

This comes as no surprise if you've read the Elimination Chamber WWE Championship thread, but Mustafa Ali is benched due to injuries accumulated over the past month, with some reports stating this has culminated into a concussion. His replacement has been named in the Smackdown discussion thread.

    Re: Ongoing WWE/TNA/Indy Injury Thread

    As revealed on Smackdown:

    - Kevin Owens has been cleared for competition and has made his in-ring return. He has been away from the ring recovering from double-knee surgery.
    - Matt Hardy has been cleared for competition and has made his in-ring return, despite a Twitter claim months ago stating that his spine had begun fusing to his pelvis? Probably an exaggeration on his part, but with his recent return on Smackdown he seems cleared, so huzzah.
    - According to WON & PWInsider, Tommaso Ciampa is dealing with some sort of injury.

Vague, but one could imagine that gnarly sunset flip that essentially crushed his knee beneath Sheamus's spine could've aggravated his old injury. However, PWInsider took this a step further:

    Quote Originally Posted by PWInsider

Originally, Ciampa and Johnny Gargano were slated to compete in a four-way tag match that would have also featured Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins as well as Aleister Black & Ricochet and another team PWInsider.com has not confirmed. Raw Tag Team Champions the Revival were slated to be ringside for the match but once it was confirmed Ciampa would not be cleared to wrestle, it was changed to the Revival vs. Black and Ricochet. Ciampa and Gargano instead appeared in a non-wrestling roles on the show.

Ciampa is not on the road this weekend.

We are told the neck issue has been a lingering thing for at least 4-5 weeks, possibly longer. Depending on if and when Ciampa is cleared to return, WWE will have to be creative regarding the NXT Championship and the 2019 Dusty Rhodes Tag Classic, which Ciampa is competing in. We are told all options are on the table, depending on what the final determination is regarding his injury, but as of Monday he was not cleared to wrestle medically.

Ciampa, 33, has been with WWE NXT since 2015, when he debuted as half of DIY with Johnny Gargano. Despite several injuries, he has emerged into one of the best villains in all of WWE over the last year.
Awful timing, both for his main roster callup and the current ongoing Ciampa/Gargano saga that we all love. One hopes this is more exaggeration and speculation.

EDIT: oh yeah and Roman Reigns is in remission

how on earth did I forget that one.

    Re: Ongoing WWE/TNA/Indy Injury Thread

That really sucks for Ciampa. We know how this company loses interest in pushing wrestlers if they get injured on the main roster, look how quickly they gave up on Finn Balor as a top star on Raw after his Summerslam 2016 injury. I really hope they don't ask too much of him come Takeover if he's gonna sit March out of action, there's no need for the 40 minute epic match with huge bumps.

    Re: Ongoing WWE/TNA/Indy Injury Thread

Mustafa Ali returned from injury at a live event over the weekend. Interesting to note that he wrestled Daniel Bryan for the WWE title in a title match. I know it was just a live event but I hope that's an indication of where he'll be placed on the card when he returns to TV.

As per Meltzer, Ciampa is having neck surgery and is out for a while and the nxt title will likely be vacated. So everything tapped for takeover’s main event is kinda screwed. Crown Riddle as the new champion I reckon.

That’d probably be the best way to go give him a long run before he retires Brock
