12 man tag match = 10 minute match.
This how you make sure plenty of guys get their Wrestlemania payday
Added to Wrestlemania will be a 12 Man tag match with teams seconded by Teddy Long and John Laurinaitis. The winning team will have their GM in control of Raw and Smackdown going forward.
As of last night, the plan was David Otunga & Christian & Mark Henry & Alberto Del Rio & Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger vs. Santino Marella & Kofi Kingston & Great Khali & Ezekiel Jackson & R-Truth & another name to be announced.
One source believed the last name could be the returning Rey Mysterio, but PWInsider.com could not confirm Mysterio is cleared to return to the ring. Evan Bourne could also be a possibility, as he'll be cleared from his Wellness suspension by then.
12 man tag match = 10 minute match.
Sounds awful, but it works. I can't believe how epic Lauriniatis' team is while Teddy's team ****ing sucks!
At least some people who have been going all year long will get a good WM payday. Kudos to the E for adding it.
I'm actually somewhat excited for this match. It's a pretty fresh feud/storyline, imo.

For the love of god - let Johnny's team win. Teddy Long's act grew stale a good 3 years ago, if he ended up running both shows, that would be horrendous.
Ever since the Elimination Chamber where The Ace Team formed, it seemed unlikely that Teddy Long would be able to create a team as awesome, and according to the suggested teams, he hasn't. Pulling for Rey to be fit, because he could really elevate the face team. I've loved the storyline, and even though the match probably won't last very long, this will still be entertaining.
I'd rather Drew McIntyre was included into this match somehow seeing as though he's been heavily involved with Teddy Long for the past few months, but logically he'd go on Ace's team and there really isn't a spot available there unless one of Christian or Del Rio isn't fit to go by mania.
I raher see a Battle Royal here than a 12 tag match. And yeah, Team Teddy Long is mediocre at best and that is if Rey joins, if he doesn't then...
I hope those line-ups aren't true, because I was hoping for a tag title match (even though the chances of Epico and Primo making to Wrestlemania are pretty slim at best).
It's a sad representation of WWE's lack of midcard faces.
It's a sad representation of WWE midcard heels that have gotten a world title reign.
I wonder which GM proposed the tag team match...

whoever the last guy is for longs team I hope they don't announce it until mania, let the announcers speulate about who it could be and build up the anticipation.
This 12 minute tag team match will probably only last about 3 minutes.
I'm expecting Rey to be added, assuming he's ready to go, but Evan wouldn't be a bad choice. It's just that all that anticipation and build-up for a guy just getting off his second suspension...
Oh well. He'd go from not even in the Raw intro to an actual match at Mania.
Why can't they just give the wrestlers a nice mania payday without having us be subjected to this lopsided clusterf.ck?
Taking MITB of Mania was such a dumb move.
