    The Big Announcement From wwe.com

    Its as expected

In the latest storyline twist (as predicted last night on the Raw post game show), WWE's Board of Directors "announced" that next week, John Laurinaitis will be in charge of Smackdown, while Teddy Long will oversee Raw.

The tag scene's awful thin considering how much Teddy Long likes tag matches, is it not?

I'm pretty interested what they do with this. I can see them trying to sabotage the others' show too, setting up the Wrestlemania match.

So instead of forcing heels to face The Undertaker or Randy Orton, it'll be HHH or John Cena? Can't wait for this dramatic turn of events.

Why can't they just get rid of Teddy Long? Will Aksana follow her teddy bear or start flirting with the interim Smackdown general manager and vice president of talent relations John Laurinaitis?

Yeah. I'm interested in Johnny's take on the blue show whereas I couldn't care less about Teddy running the red show. Might help if they tried making Long entertaining once in a while.

Teddy running Raw just doesn't seem right.... maybe the shows will be a bit more interesting due to this somehow though.

Teddy shouldn't be running any show if you ask me. How he's managed to keep the GM shtick for this long is beyond me. Really think they need someone fresh to take over the role.

I hope David Otunga goes with Laurinaitis too.

Seems anti-climactic to me considering how blurry the "brand split" has been with these super shows constantly.

Agreed with GD, but should still be interesting.

I'd like if Otunga is stuck with Teddy and Santino is stuck with Ace for the shows. Could bring some lols.

I would prefer if the Board of Directors condemned the GMs for acting like children and then promoted their assistants to see how they would fare.

Otunga as GM of Raw and Santino as GM of Smackdown? Yes, please. Even if only for a night or two.

For one show? I'd ****ing love it. Suspend both for their behavior and that's what we get. My god..

Now that'd be entertaining, Otunga and Santino as the GMs for their shows, even better than John Laurinaitis being the GM for RAW!

Yeah, I'm betting my life savings that we're getting Sheamus and CM Punk vs Chris Jericho and Daniel Bryan in a TAG TEAM MATCH next week on Raw, some heel singles superstar will go ONE on ONE with.......JOHN CENA!!, and Teddy ends up in the same old segment he's always in with Santino and then Aksana moments later.

Smackdown with Mr Excitement however is going to be awesome.

The tag match will actually start as a match between Punk & Bryan and Long will make the tag match halfway through.
